Pünktliche Abfahrt am vereinbarten Abfahrtsort. Sehr behutsame Fahrweise des Fahrers, die uns bei der kurvenreichen Strecke besonders entgegen kam. Eine Pause bei drei Stunden Fahrzeit ist absolut in Ordnung.

The driver was almost an hour too late. He drove very fast and delivered packages before bring us to our hotel.
Booked night before, efficient confirmation. Driver was on time. Very clean car. Estimated arrival time was correct. Beautiful drive along side the mountains and country side. Very reasonable price compared to a bus load of ppl.
Would use this service again.

在 rit 期间，行车记录仪不断发出哔哔声。那是因为他连续开车太久了……但他的驾驶方式并不危险……但还是！我们停了一会儿后，哔哔声就消失了。我身高 1 米 92，坐在后座上，我坐不直，头就会撞到天花板！

During the rit there was a continuous peep of the tachograph. That was because he had been driving too long in a row.. but he was not driving unsafe.. but still! Once we had stopped for a while, the peep was gone. I’m 1m92 and in the backseat I couldn’t sit straight without bumping my had to the ceiling!

2 stars for having a comfy and spacious enough bed allowing me to sleep and for sticking to the times as on the booking. The rest however I am not happy with.
Staff were smoking constantly, so the bus stank of smoke.
The bus stopped constantly with no communication at all to pick up packages etc which was completely fine. What wasn't okay was the fact our suitcases were constantly being rearranged and taken from storage and put on the street unattended so they could load whatever they were picking up. Made for a nervous few minutes waiting for the suitcases to be loaded back on.
Our suitcases ended up filthy and wet, stinking of a fishy smell. There are now black marks all over my grey suitcase.
Picking people up and letting them sit all in the aisles too was annoying, as I am tall and would have liked to be able to walk up and down the aisle to stretch my legs out. 10.5 hours in somewhat awkward positions wasn't fun.
Overall I would not book again. It was cheap yes, but the worrying about suitcases and then having them end up filthy, barely working wifi, bus stinking of smoke, no communication at all from any workers about stops (for toilet, food etc), and people in the aisles put me off. I know it isn't supposed to be a 5 star experience, but there are definitely ways to make it better for travellers.
Nhi was an excellent driver and very professional. If I ever need this company service again I would love to have her driving for me. I felt safe, we made stops when requested and I arrived in the estimated time.
Very squashy. My husband who is 6’6 was going to sit where there was extra leg room near the door but the driver wouldn’t let him. We drove 3 hours then driver pulled into a stop anrea. He took off and didn’t say anything to passengers. Came back 1/2 hour later
