Although a bit late getting back to Chiang Mai it was a good safe journey. Aircon could have neen a little better but overall very good.

Not particularly comfortable bus - but I should have done more research so that's on me. Very easy to use 12Go ticket. It was noral temp on the bus, not too much AC. I got there 20 min early and we were already boarding, I was one of the last. Made Los of stops (probably 4 small stops + lunch stop) so I was able to use the bathroom and stock up on snacks.

The bus was on time and the driver was clear about the stop times before he would leave again. I paid for the better seats which were larger than the other seats and very comfortable.
