Melitta SThe first bus which came was good, however when we changed the bus it was very uncomfortable and took so much time to reach us to da nang.

Laura WThe staff on the bus were really rude and shouted at all of us. Several people asked for a bathroom stop which they ignored for a long time but stopped to let themselves get chewing gum and have a cigarette. Very unfriendly and unhelpful.
