This was the second bus I booked from Jakarta to Yogyakarta because the first bus didn’t specify a pickup address. This bus also didn’t have a specific pickup address, but it was enough for me to work with. My ticket said 2:15am drop off. When I got on the bus, they said it would be more like 6am. I had connecting transport at 4am, so had to get off at a much earlier stop and pay extra for a taxi to my destination. These tickets are incredibly unreliable. I suggest booking a train or booking directly with your transport company. On a plus, the bus is in good condition and the driver took a small detour so that I could take alternative transport.

The bus left 1 hour after the scheduled time but that worked for us because we were running late anyway. Nobody seemed to know why they were late though. After about 2 hours drive there is a stop where all passengers can get free hot food and drink at a service station during a 30 minute break. The bus was comfortable and comes with wifi that can be used to browse the onboard entertainment which has a good selection of movies
