Czas podróży znacznie dłuższy niż podany na bilecie.
Nikt nie wspomniał o zmianie pojazdu w trakcie podróży i dodatkowych kosztach z tym związanych,ale dojechaliśmy tam gdzie chcieliśmy a przewoźnik zorganizował wszystko.
Ogólnie ciekawe doświadczenie, poznać Tajlandię taką jaka jest, a nie tylko z pięknych zdjęć z internetu.

Fine bus ride and driver. The seats are bit small.... For me as European.
我在12go Asia上预订了从曼谷到象岛的套票。预订前我给客服写了封邮件，询问是否包含从达叻府巴士总站到码头的接送服务。他们通过邮件向我保证包含到码头的接送服务，并给我发了预订行程的链接。于是我相信了他们，就预订了套餐。在去达叻府的路上，在距离巴士总站还有15分钟的时候，巴士司机说所有想去象岛或象岛的人都必须下车，于是我们在一个偏僻的小市场下了车。那里有私人出租车服务，每人100泰铢。他们告诉我们，12go Asia 很虚伪，不含接送服务。如果我们直接在曼谷预订巴士，然后在渡轮站预订渡轮，我们每人可以省下 140 泰铢 ???? 打电话给 12 go Asia 的客服后，他们打电话告诉我们，我们的代金券不含接送服务。太棒了！???? 不过，我们还是多花了一些钱才到达玛岛，这才是最重要的。

I booked a combi travel from Bangkok to Koh Mak over 12go Asia. Before I booked I wrote a mail to the support to ask if there is a transfer included from Trat Bus Terminal to the Pier. They garanteed me over mail that a transfer to the pier is included and sended me the link to book the jorney. So I trusted them and booked the package. On our way to Trat. 15 minutes before the Bus Terminal, the bus driver said that everybody who want‘s to go to koh Mak or Koh Chang has now to leave the Bus, so we got out on a small market in the nowhere. There was a private Taxi Service to the Pier for 100 Bhat each person. They told us that 12go asia are lyers, there is no transfer included and if we book the bus directely in Bangkok and the ferry on the ferry station we would have saved 140 Bhat each of us 😏 after calling the support from 12 go Asia they told us on the telephone, that in our voucher is no transfer included. Great! 😏 but we got to Koh Mak with a few extra costs and that‘s the most important thing.
The bus was almost brand new. Definitely clean and well kept. The driver assisted me with the luggage. He didn't drive too fast and was informative regarding stops.
Nach 2 Stunden Fahrt 20min Pause, WC aber auch im Bus vorhanden. Zu Fahrtbeginn Flasche Wasser, Päckchen Saft und Snack. Fuhr pünktlich ab, die meisten stiegen am Abzweig zum Flughafen Trat und zu Inseln aus. Handvoll Einheimische, die in kleineren Orten auf der Strecke ausstiegen. Am Busterminal Trat bestand auch die Möglichkeit, Songthaew zu nehmen.

Alles Ok. Abfahrt war pünktlich. Es gab nicht wie beschrieben eine kostenlose Mahlzeit dafür aber Wasser, Saft und einen Snack.
Kurz vor Trat wurde gestoppt und man hatte die Möglichkeit per Taxi zur Fähre nach Koh Chang oder Koh Mak gebracht zu werden. Das ganze war vorher nicht anegkündigt und es herrschte etwas Verwirrung. Für 180 Baht pro Person für Taxi und Fähre (Taxi 100 / Fähre 80) ging es dann zur Fähre nach Koh Chang.
