Lots of people saying this boat is essentaly, a death trap! My experience was fine. Just go in with low expectations, the boat will be late but you’ve payed hardly anything compared to other boats. Locate the life jackets so you can grab one before everyone else and try to get on the boat first!
Es war nicht genug Platz in den Kabinen wodurch ca 8-10 Leute oben auf Deck sitzen mussten. Für meine seekrankheit war es besser jedoch hatte ich ein paar mal lebensangst als etwas stärkere Wellen kamen. Ich muss sagen dass war meine erste Fahrt auf einen speedboot und wahrscheinlich war alles oke. Jedoch war man nicht vorbereitet darauf oben zu sitzen und somit von den Wellen häufiger nass zu werden. Wir haben versucht unsere Taschen mit der Elektronik zu schützen dies war jedoch leider etwas zu spät. Ich habe mein Handy zum Teil kaputt. Doch aufgrund der knappen Kleidung und dass wir so extrem nass geworden sind und der starke Fahrtwind habe ich wahrscheinlich eine Nierenentzündung bekommen. Als positiven Aspekt muss ich sagen die Besatzung war sehr entspannt und hat für uns an Deck Musik angemacht wodurch man dann selber auch entspannter wurde und auch schon fast eine Partystimmung aufkam wenn die Sonne auch mal zwischendurch raus kam.
Alles im allem muss ich sagen waren sie pünktlich als großer Pluspunkt immerhin haben das viele andere Bote nicht geschafft und die Kommunikation war auch auf beiden booten nicht gut. die Sitze innen waren sehr eng und keine Klimaanlage außerdem hat die Toilette nicht funktioniert was auch nicht so schön war denn dadurch hatte man große Schwierigkeiten 2h lang mit der Anstrengung und ohne etwas trinken zu können.
Pleasant. The boat journey was calm, relaxed. Left 20 min. later but we weren’t in a hurry. Keep in mind that you have to pay 10.000 p.p. leaving the pier in Padang Bai and 10.000 p.p. when you arrive at Gili Trawangan pier (in cash)

Awful experience. We received almost no useful information other than a 7:00 a.m. pickup in Uluwatu and an estimated arrival in Gili T at 12:00 p.m.
We messaged the shuttle company the night before and were told the driver would arrive between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m. However, the driver messaged us at 4:00 a.m. asking us to be ready for 6:00 a.m. We checked out of our hotel and were ready on time, but we were not actually picked up until 8:15 a.m.
Our booking stated “Uluwatu shuttle bus,” but instead of heading directly to the harbour, we had to travel to Ubud to pick up additional passengers. This information was never disclosed when we booked. What should have been around a 2-hour drive turned into a 5-hour journey to the harbour, followed by the boat trip. As a result, we didn’t arrive in Gili T until 5:00 p.m., five hours later than advertised.
The booking also failed to mention that we would be travelling via Ubud or what time our boat departure would be. Had we known the true itinerary, we would have paid for a taxi instead, which would have been a far better option.
To be fair, the driver was lovely, and the late pickup was apparently due to a road accident, so I cannot fault him. My issue is with the misleading information and unrealistic travel times advertised by 12Go. The journey we booked was not the journey we received.
I definitely will not be booking through 12Go again.
My trip was so smooth. The driver was amazing and so kind. The ferry was quick and comfortable.

The driver (Rizky) was perfectly on time, very friendly and funny, which made the ride even more enjoyable. He also drove very safely and professionally. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I can definitely recommend booking with this company and would use them again anytime!
