Should write that you should be outside hotel at 7 instead of 7:30 - people where late.
Too many people in the van for the luggage that people had. Dangerous to load all the bags like that in the van.

Driver couldn't find any of the hotels. We drove around Ao Nang for 1,5 hour. Next up, we got dropped of at another bus, and we got a driver who couldn't stop shouting at everyone in the bus. On top on all of this: the van smelled disgusting. Wouldn't recommend

We were picked up by car from our hotel, brought to Krabi Bus Terminal, and then it was about a 2.5-hour bus ride direct to our hotel, including the short Carferry trip over to Koh Lanta (we stayed on the bus for the 5min Ferry ride). The bus was clean, air-conditioned, and lucky for us very empty!

Everything went smoothly. A towncar picked us up from hotel, drove to the bus station and then we proceeded with a minibus/van. It was not full so we had a nice travel. Please do notice that it is tight, there is no actual place for big luggages, they will be a squeeze to fit in.

The driver came 30min late. On the way to Koh Lanta we had to change to another van. The new driver stopped to pickup one package from one shop and deliver to another one without apologizing or mentioning it to anyone. We reached our destination 1h after the expected arrival time.
Use this only if you don’t mind facing the issues above.

Quick, safe driving. Comfortable seats that recline. Effective air conditioning. Perfect comfortable ride. Highly recommend.
The driver has to pick up people from multiple stops, so don't fret if they don't make it right on time. My pickup window was 11:00 am to 11:30 am and my driver arrived at 11:35 and I was pleasantly surprised. I guess everyone was punctually ready and waiting for their pickup . I'd recommend, out of courtesy to other riders, to be ready on time and willing to wait.
I'd book with them again whenever I have a chance to.
We were collected from our hotel early which is always a positive! Once I’m the mini bus the air conditioning was very good.
Unfortunately for me about 1:30hour into the journey I started being sick (due to food poisoning) the driver pulled over immediately to allow me to get some fresh air. He did not rush me at any point and kept checking that I was okay. He reassured me we’re we’re not far from the ferry.
Once in the ferry I remained in the mini van with the kind driver coming to check I was okay at least 2 more times.
Myself and my partner were the last stop for the driver at the bottom of Koh Lanta and again he pulled the van over for me to be sick again and checked I was okay to continue.
I could not fault the service provided to me.
I would just like to make people aware that despite the trip being advertised at a 2:30hours journey it did take close to 4 hours (minus our 2 little breaks).

They arrived 1h before the time estimated, we were not ready and they waited for us 15 minutes. We took an amazing van to de bus station when we switched to a tiny one. The driver was very fast and we arrived on time at 12.30 to the hotel! Really nice trip!
