I was a bit apprehensive by the "we'll confirm in 24 hours or longer" initial email, as we had only bought the tickets the day before our travels. But I needn't have worried. A few hours later the tickets were emailed over. When we arrived at the bus station from our plane, we had the best seats on the bus, which was completely sold out, so we wouldn't have been able to get on board without this service. They just made us buy a couple of mandatory "luggage tickets" for putting our bags in the hold. First-rate service!

The journey was comfortable and really great, but after talking with the supratours office, it seems that there may have been a significant commission on the ticket price booking with 12go. Supratours offices are in almost every major town in Morocco (we visited them all along the 12 hour route) and you can buy direct for cheaper I think. Thanks 12go, you did make it easy... but I'll go direct next time.

Was given the wrong ticket date, was refused bording then told at the office it was our fault for not double checking the date (although we did not know this was meant to be the date of travel) and we would need to get the next bus in 2 hours.
