關於 Songserm
雖然有些島嶼現在可以乘飛機到達，或有跨海大橋與大陸相連，但渡輪依舊是到達一些景色令人嘆為觀止的島嶼、隱秘的海灘或其他海濱目的地的唯一方式。體積大、速度慢的汽車渡輪在世界各地運送車輛和乘客，但有時候，您需要選擇體積小、速度快的高速快艇或雙體船才能到達目的地。雖然快艇和雙體船可以節省時間但對容易暈船的乘客而言就要格外注意了。如果海面比較洶湧，雙體船會隨海浪劇烈顛簸，因而選擇耐波性好的高速船更能減少旅途的顛簸。為了預防或克服暈船，我們建議服用一些暈船藥，但最好在旅行前咨詢一下醫生，並且在船上盡可能選擇露天甲板上的座位。

Songserm輪渡類型和票價

Das schiff war undicht, es hat angefangen aus der Decke zu Tropfen und zu laufen.
Ich und die komplette Reihe hinter mir mussten sich umsetzten. Am Ende der Fahrt waren die Sitze komplett durchnässt.
Aus dem Fenstern kann man kaum rausschauen weil sie so beschädigt sind und die Sitze..naja
Aber ich kam am Ziel an und wenn man Online oder am Schalter eine Frage (12go Asia) hat wird sofort geholfen

Es stinkt fürchterlich nach Diesel im Innenraum. Werde daher in Zukunft andere Fähren bevorzugen. Überfahrt war ok und auch alles im Zeitplan.

Service super und alle super nett und lieb, bis war sauber genau so wie die Fähre.
Mein Ticket wurde auf einmal storniert, eine Minute bevor die Fähre los fahren sollte. Mega stressig brauchte ein neues Ticket und war letztendlich an meinem Ziel 3h später da als geplant. 😔

Der Schalter von Phantip war leicht zu finden. Hier hat man mit der Bestätigung sein Ticket bekommen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Fähre verfügt über einen Mini Shop, in dem man bar bezahlen konnte. Am Pier angekommen, warteten verschiedene Busse, die die Fahrgäste zu ihren Destinationen (bei uns Surat Thani) gebracht haben. Die Fahrt hat ohne Komplikationen zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit funktioniert.

Service was seamless, very happy. Very well organised at the pier with friendly staff and colour coded stickers for us and our bags. Collected on the pier in Phangan and brought straight to our accommodation.

Alles gut im großen und Ganzen.
Das man aber mit 70 Leuten sich um die Koffer, die alle in einem kleinen Raum gelagert sind , kloppen muss und dort ein Stau entsteht, ist einfach unnötig und beim Mitbewerber besser gelöst.
Da werden die Koffer vom Personal alle auf den Pier gestellt bzw abgeholt.

Hat alles gut funktioniert, Fähre war bequem. Man muss nur darauf achten in Koh Phangan zum Büro zu fahren, um den Check-In zu machen. Von dort läuft man dann zum Pier.

Alles wunderbar, nur innen war die Klimaanlage sehr kalt eingestellt. Wenn man nicht draußen in der Sonne sitzen will, sollte man sich warm anziehen. (Aber vielleicht fährt auf Verbindung ja auch nicht immer dasselbe Schiff.)

The Songserm website only accepts payment via PayPal which is a hassle. The person at the desk was very slow. The boat was quite old and nothing like the pictures. Our luggage was thrown into a room and items attached to the bag were lost. We got there alive that’s a positive!

There was a woman on the pier offering air conditioned taxi on Koh Samui which at the end turned out to be only 3 vans and rest of the people had to go on songthaews despite having the ticket.

Man kam mit Verspätung an, die Fähre selbst in die Jahre gekommen, man musste einmal umsteigen - kostete sehr viel Zeit und Mühe für die Passagiere, schlechte Organisation - alle Koffer und Rucksäcke werden auf zwei Haufen geworfen am Bord, wenn man dann aussteigen möchte muss man seine Koffer/Rucksack suchen und ausgraben - es hat ewig getauert bis alle ihre richtigen Koffer hatten - könnte man viel besser organisieren

The trip itself was nice with good outdoor areas. Maybe not a mistake of the company but a huuuuge crowd of hundreds of people at the harbour, waiting 30 min with a ready ticket to „check in“ (why this?) to hear i am wrong jettie (Katamaran) even 5 min before departure. running to other pier and got all. but crazy mass of people that made me escaping from Koh Tao to Phangan, where it was much better and more relaxed. Think twice about it, if you really need to go to Koh Tao.
also at this company i first has „to check in“ although i had my ticket already.

Es war so viel besser als der Katamaran von Lomprayah. Dauert zwar länger, aber es haut einen nicht alle 5 Sekunden von oben nach unten, wo den meisten nur schlecht wird...
Bei uns war gutes Wetter, kleine Wellen und wir konnten außen am Rand sitzen und die Füße runter hängen lassen. War super entspannt ☺️

Air conditioning was broken. My girlfriend and I experienced heat exhaustion later that evening. Otherwise overall okay. Delivered only 15 minutes later than expected and decent customer service.

Enjoyable day overall. The waterfall and hike were beautiful/great. The stop for coffee and the market could have been skipped, but I knew that before signing up!
The driver was great, no racing to each destination. The tour guide was friendly and gave some information, but we mostly were able to do our own thing.
Other people on the tour were sold something else through an agent so were disappointed, but my tour followed the itinerary!

Pick up was on time. Driver called beforehand to confirm pick up point and time which was good. Arrival time stated was a bit off as we got in an hour later than anticipated, so do be flexible when booking.

They didn't take temperature of people getting on board or when we were getting off the ferry. They didn't give us bag tags to differentiate between ppl going to Koh Phangan, Koh Samui and others so the bags were just placed all over. Got to Koh Samui and I feared that I was going to miss my stop.
I asked for help and they just shrugged at me when I said I gave them a bag and I know it's there but I need help to route through all the bag. Telling me that there's no bag. I ended up finding my bag and I couldn't wait to get off the ferry.
First and last time I'm getting on a Songserm ferry!! The pier to the front office is far so if u have a heavy bag you're going to struggle and there's no trolley to use to push your bags.

Fast and comfortable ferry ride! Easy check in. Everything on time :-) The only negative thing was that our car drive was quite often on his smartphone (keep your eyes on the street ;-) )

Der Hotel Transfer hat super funktioniert. Wir wurden pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt und an den Pier gefahren.
Das einzig unorganisierte war die Organisation der Gepäcklagerung an Board und das spätere Zuordnen des Gepäcks.
Ansonsten ist alles glatt gelaufen und ich kann Songserm nur weiterempfehlen.
