Online booking and information is perfect and the ferry was in time. We had some waves so if your sensitive for sea sickness take some medicine before boarding and sit in the upper deck inside in the middle :).

Waited for 2 hours on the bus stationed and the pier before leaving - We were told that our final destination would be Krabi Bus Terminal WITH all connections guaranteed! This was not the case as we were left on the side of a road 25 minutes away from the Bus Station. Also, we were told we have to pay the driver 400 baht to go to our hotel even though it was in the area which led us to getting a Grab Taxi. The attitude of the people on the ground when we got off was appalling and because we would not use their rip-off taxi service we wore yelled at to get off their property!

Vietjet Air refused to allow correction of passenger name (from the usual abbreviated version of my first name 'Ben' to the full name as in passport 'Benedict'), even 3 days in advance of the return leg of the flight, though I had admitted the error and provided ample proof of identity, and contacted the airline customer support by phone and email to arrange correction. I was forced to pay for an extra ticket at the airport for both legs. This was unnecessary, not required by Thai authorities, and humiliating for me.

Выдали 3 билета. Посадили на лодку. Я ехал первый раз, никто не предупредил когда сходить с лодки. Вышел на первой остановке. Проверили билет посадили а автобус и ВНИМАНИЕ никто не заметил что в билете у меня указан другой Аэропорт. В результате привезли меня в аэропорт О. Самуи, а не Суратхани. Пришлось покупать билет от туда в банког. Из за невнимательности перевозчика и моего не знания местности попал на 200 долл.
Будте внимательны! Тайцам пофиг куда вы едите и что написано в билете

เห็นเขียนลมพระยา คิดว่าจะได้ใช้บริการของลมพระยาเลยจองทางเน็ต ที่ไหนได้เป็นรถของ บ.พันธ์ทิพย์อีกแล้ว ถายนอกดูดีแต่ภายในรถดูเขรอะมากคะ เบาะนั่งคราบฝังลึกน่ากลัวมากคะ ยิ่งไวรัสโควิท 19 กำลังระบาดอยู่ด้วย อยากให้ปรับปรุงความสะอาดด้วยนะคะ ยิ่งลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการส่วนมากคนต่างชาติทั้งนั้น

For Thailand it's fine and our trip was on time with no issues. Yes maybe they could do better with organization but you have to go into this being flexible and account for possible delays

Я в полном восторге! Все идеально четко по времени, удобно и прекрасно!
Покупала трансфер Бангкок-Самуи самолёт до Накхон Си Таммарат - автобус - паром. Аэропорт крохотный, стойку нашла сразу на выходе (очень переживала, что не долго придётся искать), автобус классный - маленький, лакшери))) все в коже и зеркалах, там бы вечеринки устраивать))))

Le bateau était cassé, personne ne m'a prévenu ou expliquer qu'il fallait que je change de port et de type de bateau. Sinon dans l'ensemble tout c'est bien passé, l'autre bateau est parti à l'heure.

Alles perfekt, unkomplizert und wie vereinbart: Abholung vom Flughafen, Transfer zum Hafen, ab geht's mit der Fähre, von Koh Samui nach Koh Tao ca. 2 Stunden. Ob allein oder in der Gruppe - sehr empfehlenswert!

Check in with e-ticket with barcode on your telephone is not possible. You are sent back to a counter to get a paper ticket. So do not queu before getting your paper ticket.

Ехала из Тонг Сала до Сураттхани с перевозчиком sea train. Небольшой комфортабельный паром. Далее автобусом в аэропорт. Все было оч хорошо. Приехали в аэропорт вовремя. Air Asia до Бангкока также не доставила проблем. На данном сервисе купить билеты просто. Распечатываете с е-майла, меняете ваучеры в офисе на станции, все равно нужно делать чек ин. Пользовалась услугами сервиса трижды. Все ок.

Alles hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Wir mussten keine 10 Minuten warten bei den Umstiegen und wurden sogar direkt zu unserem Hotel gefahren.

I found it to be a very professional and efficient set up at the pier and the guys driving the coach (and the minibus) were amazing. The signage was clear and you had the Seatran representatives guiding the way as well. Thank you, I will definitely use Seatran again. Maxine

El barco de seatran muy bueno! Puntual y cómodo. Sin embargo el bus... terrible... su "aire condicionado" era prácticamente inexistente y estaban todos rotos . Como la mayor parte del viaje es en bus... fue muy incomodo... iba ahogada. La Van desde Krabi town a Ao Nang estuvo muy bien también.

The trip went very well until we had been transferred to a minivan in Krabi. The driver drove recklessly and also on arrival to Koh Lanta didn't even drop us at the pier as originally arranged.. He dropped us 900M away and directed us to walk.

A well planned and timed trip. Communication from the staff was efficient and fast. The washroom on the bus over a 5 hr bus journey was not available and should definitely be taken care of, In general a good experience.

Driver was very unprofessional and unsafe. He pulled over 3 times to get himself things from roadside stands, he was using his phone while driving, and not just calls, but texting.

All very helpful staff at ferry check in, on ferry and on the bus to the airport. Very smooth journey and we got to the airport at the time stated. Also loved the alternative terms and conditions on the email sent!
