Boat was fast, safe and comfortable and on time leaving .but later than advertised arriving. Certainly travel with them.again

Leicht verspätete Abfahrt, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, die Ventilatoren hatten nach einer gewissen Zeit gestoppt (es ging eine Weile bis jemand das Problem behoben hatte), sehr wenig Beinfreiheit. Für den Preis Lombok - Nusa Penida aber in Ordnung

The ocean was really wavy but everything else was uncomplicated.
Die beste Fähre hier auf Bali. Die Boote sind modern und es hat trotz Wellengang kaum geschwankt. Sobald es heftiger wurde hat der Kapitän auch etwas das Gas runtergenommen.
Ich kann jedem empfehlen den Aufpreis zu zahlen.

The trip was good! We felt secure and they offered water, pills for seasickness and mentos! The staff was very friendly. We arrived on time, as they planned some time to go to the harbour and wait for the boat, so we thought there would be a delay but no there wasn’t. We would drive with them again!

Beware of other operators pretending to be this company at the pier and telling you the small boat is cancelled for the day. They will tell you to book with their large boat! Run away.
12go T&Cs clearly states it does not refund due to weather conditions.
If small boats can no longer journey to Nusa Penida due to conditions, (which happens frequently) Wijaya Buyuk will adjust your trip to Padang Bai then from Padang you have to find your own way to Nusa Penida from Kusamba Pier. This is for the same cost, with Padang Bai to NP ticket costing an additional 150k + 15min transport to Kusamba Pier.
(We paid 400k for two people for transport and the additional ferry.)
I think 12go should take more care about selling this small ferry that can’t travel often and giving no refunds.
