About 40min delay, which was acceptable, but no clear instructions on which boat to get on eventually (multiple boats were arriving and departing while we were waiting). Waiting area is crowded with no place to sit.
Because of the delay departing koh tao, we missed the connection at koh phangan. Again, no info from the operator where to go. After asking around, we found out there were speedboats waiting to take us further (unclear where they would bring us exactly). Ride in the speedboat was fine and we were brought to a different pier near Donsak and got on the operator's bus. We presumed that would take us to Tapee pier (Lomprayah) as we had booked, but we were dropped in Surat Thani city center instead! No arrangements to be taken to Tapee pier. Lucky for us our hotel was close by, so we did not have to pay a taxi to take us much further.
The boat was delayed three hours! The staff on the boat also had no idea where to go, in the first instance we were told to transfer in Koh Phangan, then we had to change again in Koh Samui. Because of all the hassle we would miss the taxi we booked separately. Contacted 12GoAsia by email and they were fantastic! they informed the taxi driver that we were late and when we got there three hours later than agreed, the driver was just waiting for us! really great!
I typed in "Surat Thani" as arrival station and the App showed not clear that the ferry only goes to Koh Phangan, Surat Thani . Even on the ticket it says "Surat Thani". This mistake would have not happened if the booking is more clear that you can also land on an island which is in the district of Surat Thani. This must not happen when I typed in "Surat Thani" as arrival destination!!

I thought the Lomprayah Express went all the way to Tapee Pier - it didn't tell me on the e-ticket that I had to disembark at Donsak and take a transfer bus from there. If you had stated that on the ticket I would have given 5 stars.
