Ich bin mit der Fahrt sehr zu Frieden. Wir sind pünktlich losgefahren, die Passkontrolle verlief sehr schnell, der Busfahrer hat uns begleitet und erneut zum Bus geführt. Die Sitzplätze waren sehr angenehm und man hatte eine sehr gute Erholung auf der Fahrt. Auch das WLan hat ab Malaysia funktioniert. Der einzige Punkt, welcher nicht nur mich, sondern alle Personen im Bus gestört hat: es war zu kalt. Sehr kalt. Draußen 34 Grad und drinnen die Klimaanlage zu sehr aufgedreht. Auch nach 2x fragen konnte der Fahrer das angeblich nicht ändern.

My overall experience was not very good. I had to get off the bus twice: first to hand over my passport at immigration, and then again to go through passport control and have my luggage inspected. At no point was I informed that this would be necessary. At the ticket counter, before boarding the bus, I was only told that I needed the arrival card, which I already had. I believe passengers should be informed about this process in advance to avoid confusion and make the journey more comfortable.

It was a good ride, yet we lost 4h at the malaysian border due to traffic jam and it is written nowhere that we can have this kind of delays. So we arrived late in the city.
Bus was on time and driver was nice. Bus was a bit old and hat no charging or toilet. We were also Not allowed to eat on the Bus and only drink water what was a bit tricky with the kids.
