Ich heb schon in Vietnam meine Erfahrungen mit Sleeper Bussen gemacht und dieser war mit Abstand der modernste. Super Sauber und man hat sich gefühlt wie beim Flughafen. Die Toilette im Bus hat funktioniert und sah aus, wie im Hotel, super sauber und hat sehr angenehm gerochen, keine ekligen Gerüche. Wir sind pünktlich losgefahren und eine Stunde vor der vorausgegangenen Zeit angekommen, für mich kein Problem. Die Bushaltestellen ebenfalls sehr vertrauenswürdig, es sieht aus wie ein Gate am Flughafen und alles ist sehr organisiert. Ich würde immer wieder mit dieser Busgesellschaft fahren!

Réservation en ligne non prise en compte par l'opérateur. Il manquait deux places déjà payées pour le voyage. Casé à 3 dans des petites cabines de 2. Et il vous font bien comprendre qu'on a de la chance de pouvoir prendre le bus. Pas de remboursement. Appelé avant avec cet opérateur pour vérifier que votre réservation en ligne a bien été enregistrée. Je n'ai eu aucun problème avec les autres compagnies. C'est pourquoi j'étais vraiment dépité lorsqu'ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne retrouvaient pas ma réservation et qu'il n'y avait pas assez de places pour notre groupe.
The bus was more comfortable than expected given its small ‘double beds’ however the staff on the bus were very rude. They stopped only once for a toilet break on a 12hr journey but stopped constantly for picking up cargo. At one point I asked when the next toilet break would be and was told 5minutes followed by a lot of laughter, there was not another toilet break…
Bus was comfortabel, but as soon we started driving the bus started to smell disgusting.
The driver drove pretty fast on a very bumpy street so that the bus was shaking constantly therefore it was a bit hard to fell asleep. When we arrived the driver did not give notice so that we just woke up because hearing the other guests.
Die Fahrt mit dem Nachtbus war pünktlich und genau, wie geplant.
Die Betten waren ok, nichts herausragendes, aber auch nicht sonderlich unbequem… außer man ist über 1,70 m groß. Dann sind die Betten doch recht klein.
Eines habe ich allerdings nicht verstanden. Unser Bus stand mitten in der Nacht bestimmt 1 1/2 Stunden sinnlos in der Gegend rum. Wir sind dennoch pünktlich morgens angekommen. Da hätten wir auch einfach später losfahren können.

Caught 9pm sleeper bus (actually left 8.30) to Siem Reap, beds were comfy bud extremely small. I shared with my partner and we just about fit. Tips are don’t bring much stuff on board, leave as much in hold, book top level bed and book two spaces if you are on your own and dont want to spoon a stranger. Also, bus arrived at 5am not 6am as stated but just caught us by surprise that’s all.
The AC was broken, it was so hot inside. Also the bus was stopping every 20 minutes in random stops, we moved in 5h what it should be in 1h!!! Bus was half time stopped and was impossible to sleep because of the hot, dont recommend this trip
took way longer than it said. went from sihanoukville to siem reap, it said 9 hrs but it was 12. we were in a decent sized mini bus to phenom penh but then they moved us to a tiny mini bus with not enough room for everyone and their bags. there were bugs in the bus too. the bus driver stopped every 20 minutes, even after everyone on the bus kept asking if he could just carry on driving because we were already late and he just laughed in our faces. wouldn’t recommend.
