Sowohl kurze Strecken im Van als auch die Fahrt im Nachtbus waren super komfortabel und der Service deutlich besser, als wir es sonst gewohnt waren (kleine Beispiele: Durchsage im Bus bzgl. der Pause, Bereitgestellte Schuhe um aus dem Bus auszusteigen...). Die Busfahrer waren sehr nett und bemüht, trotz fehlender Englischkenntnisse mit GoogleTranslate unsere Fragen zu beantworten.

Late about 40 minutes. Long waiting times while waiting for other passengers.
We thought we had to go meet somewhere but got an email from the company asking if we wanted to be picked up at the hotel , which was perfect!
The driver was on time and even fit our big bags in the trunk !
The bus was very clean , we were only unlucky to get the back seats that do not recline as much.
The driver dropped everyone at the Hotel in Da Nang and as we were staying in Hoi An he was kind enough to drop us off as close as possible and even offered to call us a cab for the rest of the journey.
Excellent service, recommend !
The pickup arrived 50 minutes early despite me reaching out via WhatsApp the moment I booked through 12go, asking them to confirm time and pick up location. Because they came so early, I hadn’t made it back to the hotel yet and had to rush back via Grab, pack quickly, and jump in the car.
I understand pickup times can vary (up to 30 minutes) but proactive communication from the operator would have gone a long way. The driver did wait about 10 minutes while I grab biked back, checked out, and packed (which I appreciated and tipped him for), but the WhatsApp operator made it feel like the confusion was my fault.
Would I use again? Probably. The price was fair, the journey was quick, and the driver was great. The issue is entirely with the WhatsApp operator, not the driver or the service itself.

Instead of sitting in back seat, I was seated to front seats next to the driver. Drive was ok, but this was unexpected.
Driver did one stop, but didn't say how long are we gonna stay there.
Overall it did its purpose, but can be better.
Driver drove like an absolute maniac. All the way from Hue to Da Nang. It was like being in a two and a half hour car crash. Flung around while he accelerated hard. Swerved all over the road and stamped on the brakes like they’d wronged him.
