I just experienced it and was really satisfied.
New, clean car, 20 private cabins, modern design, discreet curtains, cool air conditioning and stable wifi. Full bedding, very comfortable for long trips.
The driver drove carefully, served enthusiastically and politely. Travel time was on time, there was support to pick up guests at their place in Hoi An and drop them off at the center of Da Lat.
Reasonable price, service exceeded expectations. I will definitely choose An Phu Travel again for the next trips!

Die Fahrt an sich war sehr angenehm. Wir fuhren von Da Lat nach HCMC. Jedoch zögerte der Busfahrer mit unnötigen Stopps (keine Pausen) die Fahrt hinaus (2h Verspätung). Nach einer gewissen Zeit kamen wir an einem unbekannten Busbahnhof-Platz an, der nicht auf unserer Endstation stand. Auf Nachfrage antworteten sie, wir müssten den „Shuttlebus“ nehmen, der uns zur Endstation fährt.
Der Shuttlebus fuhr 1h später, nach unserer Ankunft mit dem Reisebus ab, da er noch 3 weitere Reisebusse abwartete. Schlussendlich hatten wir kurz vor Mitternacht anstelle 20.00Uhr.
Der Bus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Buspersonal ist immer durch die Reihen gegangen um Pausen und Stationen anzukündigen.
Was gar nicht gut war, war der Fahrstil des Fahrers. Starkes Beschleunigen und darauf folgte starkes abbremsen. Kurven und Serpentinenstraßen wurden ebenfalls viel zu schnell genommen, sodass man immer hin und her rollte. Das war dem Schlaf nicht sehr dienlich. Der Fahrer ist gefahren als sei der Teufel hinter ihm her gewesen!

Es wurde nicht informiert über das umsteigen. Erst nach 25min in Phan Thiet hiess es auf einmal anderen Bus nehmen für Weiterfahrt

The operator was 1h delayed but managed to arrive 1h30min early. It was almost impossible to get any sleep as the driver was honking all the way, making overtakes on turns and sometimes speeding, the bus was shaking a lot all the time.
We also stopped in a nice gas station where we only had few minutes to use the toilet, even thou they had food there, then we stopped in a pretty bad, dirty and overpriced place to get some food, just 10 minutes later. Felt like they have some deal to take the passengers to this place. Tough ride.

Only told us the bus was delayed by an hour when we arrived at the pickup. Bus was three beds across so very small and the blankets smelled terrible. Driver was very erratic and slammed on the breaks a couple of times.
But we arrived earlier than expected despite the delay.

No instructions given as to what to expect on the journey like when the bus would stop for a break. The driving was erratic and felt unsafe - nearly fell out of my sleeper seat numerous times in the night when the bus accelerated around corners. Would not repeat.

We had two fully valid tickets for the Hoi An–Da Lat route, but the driver refused to look at them or listen to us. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he became very aggressive and even grabbed me by the shoulders to move me away from the bus, which was completely unacceptable.
It was eventually confirmed that the problem was a booking error, and we were allowed to board, meaning the entire confrontation was completely unnecessary. To make matters worse, the toilet stop was in an open field. Without a doubt, the worst experience of our trip to Vietnam.
