Wir sind 30 min früher losgefahren und KAMEN 3 STUNDEN ZU FRÜH AN! Mitten in der Nacht um 3:20 Uhr wurden wir abgesetzt! Da wir geplant hatten, erst nach 6 Uhr morgens anzukommen, hatten wir auch keine Unterkunft für die Nacht. Der Fahrer ist außerdem gefahren wie ein Henker. Wie man SO VIEL zu früh ankommen kann, ist mir schleierhaft. Man könnte eine Masche dahinter vermuten, denn wer bucht schon Busse, die mitten in der Nacht ankommen?

Guter Bus mit viel Komfort. Leider wurde man nicht informiert, wann angehalten wird und wie lange. Der Fahrer hielt 2 mal an, um auf Toilette gehen zu können. Die Toilette befand sich beide Male in einem absolut dreckigen und ekligen Privathaus, durch das man durchlaufen musste. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Man muss im Bus die Schuhe ausziehen und in eine Tüte stecken, damit der Bus sauber bleibt. Als ich beim erneuten Einsteigen meine Schuhe auszog und sie nicht schnell genug in die Tüte stecken konnte, riss mir der Assistent des Busfahrers sehr aggressiv meine Schuhe aus der Hand.

the first sleeper bus was late by over 30 min, then they were dropping parcels on the way. 2nd bus was late as well and then was picking up passengers around Hanoi so we arrived to Halong bay over 90 min late.

Es wurde nicht mit uns kommuniziert was Pausen oder Ähnliches angeht. Es wurde sehr oft gehalten um Früchte einzuladen, wodurch wir eine Verspätung von über einer Stunde hatten. Der Bus hat nicht an der Ziel-Haltestelle gehalten. Wir mussten irgendwo aussteigen und ein Auto hat uns zur Haltestelle gebracht.
Communication was not good for pick up. We organised for the bus to pick us up at our hotel which was good, but about 45 minutes late a taxi arrived and our hotel staff said it was for us. We didn't know where we were going or if we'd have to pay for the taxi so we had to call the office in a panic. The bus driver paid the taxi driver and we got on the bus. There was no toilet on the bus and we arrived 90 minutes late. Drop off was also in a different location than indicated.

i got picked up around the estimated time. The bus itself was clean as usual. we stopped often to deliver packages and they were pretty loud in the front considering that it's a sleeper bus. I didn't have a blanket for the first one and a half hours and it was really cold i was wondering if the others have a blanket, yes they did, then i asked the assistant "hellor sir can i please have a blanket" and he said yeah 10 minutes because a other woman had to go to the toilet really urgently and he thought i'm asking for the toilet, then i said no i would like a blanket and he fucking ignored me even though I repeatedly said sir, hello, please, like wtf, he for sure heard me. Then I tabbed another guy and asked him and he brought me one. The communication was quite rude and not clear.

Bus was fine, driver wasn't. Worst ride in 5 months of South East Asia so far. The driver was probably drunk or on some other drugs. He was swerving all over the road and driving like a maniac the whole time. Several near-accidents. Plus 10–15 stops where one of the drivers picked up some stuff from women (maybe money? No idea). There was definitely more going on than just a bus ride.
