Logan The drivers and people organising were super nasty and I wouldn’t recommend at all. They yelled in your face and instructions were super unclear. We brought some snacks on board and was yelled at for having them when there was no information that we weren’t allowed to take any. Aswell when we did stop we weren’t told how long so we hoped off and 5 minutes later the driver was beeping at us telling us to hurry up was not a nice experience at all

Claudia Best busride ever: very spacious bed with USB charger, TV, water, toilet onboard.
Driver cleans the bed after every passenger leaves, very clean bus.
Only minor point is that we left & arrived with 1 hour delay but it was compensated by the very comfortable ride.
Would 100% recommend!

Margherita Seats very comfortable, they give you a bottle of water and the driver was so kind.
Th wonky problem is the ac that was too much for me. But overall it was good

Elisabeth GAll in all we had a good experience. Our bus just wasn't on time, which is okay but a bit annoying if you're told to arrive at least 30 Minutes before departure. No toilets on the bus, one stop on the way where we had to pay for the toilet. Bus was very clean and the cabins were comfortable.

Napassawan I got E-mail from 12 go that the bus will late about hour and a half but actually the bus was late about 3 hours. They texted me by whatsapp but not clearly I had to keep waiting. When 2.3 hours passed there was a car took you from the airport to bus station (very bad location) and I had to wait for the bus around half and hour
The window shade full of dust. The electric bed was broken so it could’t adjust the level you and only lay down
