Andreea MThe first bus got broken on the highway, just few minutes before Singapore customs. We had to wait about 30 minutes until a new bus came to take us. The second bus was newer and cleaner than the first one. Both customs check in Singapore and Malaysia took less then 10 minutes. Anyhow, Makhota Medical Centre was the last stop in Malacca and it took in total almost 6hrs (from Singapore).

Joao DThe trip took 6 hours from Singapore to Melaka. We spent 2 hours in Melaka alone. The driver stopped for gas and then we took a lot of time (partly due to traffic) to get to the hotels in the south of the city.

Andrea EVery xomfy bus but xould have been xleaned iinside before journey. I would have loved an announcement before our stops and before immigration as did not understand the protoxol and was left just running after other passengers. Driver went out if way to drop me off at my requested stop. All in all a great bus ride!

Nadine TThe bus was clean and nicely presented. We were transferring to a different hotel so had all our luggage with us. The driver shouted at us and made us put our hand luggage in the luggage compartment despite our protestations that we had cameras and other delicate items in our bags. As we got off to put our bags in the requested place I heard him muttering “problems, problems, problems”!
He was grumpy and at times aggressive. One lady asked him how long from where we had stopped to Melaka and he shouted an answer to her in a voice so loud that she seemed stunned, and I felt sorry for her..
His driving was dangerous and he was aggressive to other drivers. He constantly tailgated other cars and if I had been one of the drivers he tailgated I would have been terrified.
I have given the stars only because of the comfort of the bus and the convenience of the trip.

Johannes LBus driver was okay. We were allready 1,5 hour before the bus was leaving at the bus station and showed our tickets to the lady at the office. She write down time of being there and marked our names and seats. When we were at the bus we were unfriendly told that we should check in. So the bus leaves 3 minutes to late. Later on at the border we have to wait at least half an hour for a woman who got lost...
Bus seamed to have some engine problems but we made till Melaka without problems. Funny thing: half an hour before arriving we make our toiletstop. After all trip was okay.

VINCE GOn time... comfy seats... however the coach terminal in Singapore is the worst we have ever seen in Asia. No seats where you can wait for the bus... you can't buy food or drinks...
