Meaning we were +1h late on the schedule, without any explanation from the operator if they were not directly sollicited
When we arrived at the shuttle place, the distribution of passengers by destination was a little bit unclear
The driver was nice but the drive will not be comfortable if you are sensitive to car sickness

Antonio On the website, I had chosen the Bangsal-Serangan ferry route.
Instead, I discovered that the route goes to Padang Bay and then via shuttle to Kuta. Given the traffic, instead of the 3.5 hours indicated on the website, it took us 7 hours between the ferry and the minibus.
Poor information and poor service.
Furthermore, the ferry left more than an hour late and no one warned us of anything.

Ella MStaff were great and friendly. The ferry was also 1.5hrs late, as they had left the previous port late. However if you’re not into loud music for the whole ferry ride from Lombok to Bali, might not be the place for you. Anyone who didn’t want to hear music just sat inside at the front where they couldn’t hear it though.

Stewart HWas reassuring for us to have been able to book in advance as we weren't sure what to expect when arriving at the port. The music was quite loud on the boat and it was full of people taking selfie. Probably worked out more expensive using 12go but it worked.
