Christian AThe ferry is old and slow and there was a cockroach inside where you can sit… at least they gave us a vip bus for the price of a normal one but the usb chargers didn’t work and sometimes we could smell something coming probably from outside, and the AC was FREEZING. Bad experience

Pibbe VThey make you wait for over an hour at a random stop after arriving in Surat Thani and again in the middle of the night. Both stops are not at shops but small restaurants clearly linked to the bus company so they can extract more money from you. Other operators stop at 7/11 where you can actually buy things you might need and not for such long periods. We spend a lot of the night waiting, hoping the bus would leave soon. The employees treat you like sheep rather than people. The seats were also quite uncomfortable for overnight although it was nice they could recline and that there was charging points and good a/c. The a/c was turned off the last 30 minutes making the bus very hot and the charging ports didn't work during the night either.

Swelzan Right from check-in to drop off the team helped us in organizing and managing. So it was a big bus that took people from Bangkok to various other parts of south Thailand. In the morning, we shifted to smaller minivans and taken to our ferry. The ferry ride was also punctual and comfortable. This is the second time I have used this service.

Tamara SCommunication wasn’t good. We got off the ferry trying to find the bus which ended up being a van to the bus which took another hour. No one communicated where and when we are going. I was with two kids and it felt very difficult. It was also pouring with rain and no one helped with the bags. The sleeper bus was ok, although it was freezing! And the worse part is that somehow money was stolen from my bag which was next to me while I was sleeping despite the bag being next to me the whole night. We used another company on our way to the islands and we felt a lot more secure. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.
