Oliver MVery poor experience. They were late, they did not send me any details of the bus. On the way back, they had us move vans twice for a 2 hour drive without stating it anywhere beforehand

Lisa GIt was amazing, punctual. You can charge your phone with usb a und c (:
You had enough space bit you should ask when bring more than a backpack luggage. A big travelbackpack would be too much to fit. We had a 2 hour ride and a bathroom break. The driver told us everything to know with his translator app. It was very well organised ☺️
It was very cod inside so bring a light jacket with you to your seat. We loved it !!

Clara OWe had to wait for over 1 hour before the van got there. Multiple people tried messaging or calling the company, including me, and they didn't answer. It got to the point where most of us started looking for alternatives (trains, other buses, etc.) and that's when the bus got there (1h10 after the schedule time and with no warning whatsoever).
Then, they dropped us at a different location in Tam Coc. The city is not that big, so it's not a problem per se, but it was about 15 minutes from the drop-off location that was advertised.

Teresa HThere was very little information about the organisation and the pick-up points. We almost couldn't find the bus.
However, the driver was good, and the bus was comfortable.
