Upphämtningsstationen i Hue är ett slags garage, som därför inte är lätt att hitta. Vi fick bekräftat på plats att vi var på rätt plats och blev hänvisade till caféet bredvid för att vänta. Du körs till VIP-bussen på plats i en minivan. Vi tittade ut genom fönstret och såg att minibussen hade åkt iväg utan oss. Garaget var stängt och chauffören hade glömt oss. Vi kontaktade agenturen som skickade oss en annan chaufför och körde oss till VIP-bussen efteråt. Trots kaoset var servicen och hjälpsamheten god och vi kom fram i tid till vår destination. Även om personalen knappt talade någon engelska var de vänliga och visste hur de skulle hjälpa oss tack vare Google Translater. Pauserna var regelbundna och utannonserade. VIP-bussen var välutrustad, det fanns en tjockare filt. Bussen var dock lite kall.

Resan i sig var inte så illa, men jag skyller på bussbolaget! Jag hade bokat och betalat för en buss i toppkategorin och de satte oss på en buss som var 10 euro billigare! Kontaktkvinnan gav mig också fel adress till upphämtningsplatsen. Dessutom anlände vi 1,5 timme före utsatt tid ... så vi anlände mitt i natten och fick vänta länge innan vi kunde ta oss till vår homestay. Jag lämnade in ett klagomål direkt till 12 Go, men fortfarande inga nyheter.

Bra överföring! Mycket avslappnad och en trevlig upplevelse. Med A/C och en modern toalett ombord. Föraren är inte rädd för att köra för fort. Vi anlände 1,5 timme tidigare än förväntat.

Very good organized trip. The agents at the office in Hue were very polite and did a good job confirming our trip. We could stored our bags until we leave.

The seat cabin was good but it was hard to sleep with the drivers talking loud through the night and the constant honking of the horn. They also werent friendly.

First experience on a night bus and it exceeded my expectations. Pick up service very helpful (WhatsApp communication in the hour before). The single cabin was very comfortable: usb charger, pillow, blanket, a bottle of water and a refreshing tissue. The bus was on time (even some minutes ahead of schedule)

The experience was excellent. Just few point to be highlighted regarding the vehicle. The AC fun in my seat was broken and could not be switched off, the screen didn’t work “no signal”. Everything else was perfect.

Trip from hue to tam coc. Usual trouble at the pick up because of the poor English of the staff. Ask always to check the paper that they have, and ask anybody you see. Besides that theltrip was really good. Cabin was comfortable, charger worked. I slept all the way! We arrived ahead of schedule
