Perry SIt never mentions when booking 3 transfers, the loosened van from the pick up to Ninh binh drove like a madman, the actual sleeping bus was okay, I just didn’t like the transfer to and from it

Moritz First, we were picked up in a comfortable VIP bus.
Unfortunately, during the stopover, nobody knew when the next bus would arrive, and we had to wait on the street.
The VIP cabin bus was so overcrowded that people had to lie in the aisle, and there were no blankets or pillows left.

Kristin MThe seats are incredibly narrow , including having to store our bags with us in the seats, it made for a tight trip. They put people on the floor between the seats (on mattresses), which made it worse as the person bumped into me all night. We stopped once for food at a not so great place. Rough trip, slept very poorly. They offered one warm blanket which was absolutely necessary, but that is it.

Rasmus BWe did not get what was advertised. There were changes in pick-up and buses.
The trip was a pain. Drivers drove like crazy and smoked in the bus. The company cancelled our initial bus so we had to change buses. “Bed” is maybe 1,6 m and the blanket was dirty. Toilet was disgusting.

Itshak MThe photos of the bus didn’t show that this is a 3 row bus with very narrow bed, very different from regular sleeper buses.
Although we turned to be the only ones to get on the bus at the meeting spot, they refused to pick us up from our hotel, that was just 5mins away and on the bus route.
The bus made tens of stops for unrelated to passengers business. They also spilled some fish smelling liquid on one of our luggage, making it all smelly.
I do not recommend using their service.
