Bradley DThe bus left a bit late but the actual trip was a bit shorter than expected (we arrived about 4pm). They upgraded us from the minivans to a big bus because I think they overbooked but it was more comfortable that way anyway. 1 bad part was the a/c on the bus was barely operational and made for a hot journey. Overall it was a good trip.

the price you charge is double the official price at the bus station. the bus only leaves when it is full. so we had to wait 40 min until other passangers came.

Nora KWe ordered and payed for pick up in mini van but we’re picked up in big tourist bus. Had to wait 50 min for the taxi pick up because they were late.

One positive surprise is that instead of the 4 hours drive expected, it only 1 hour 15 min. approx.

Kira PThe bus started 1 hour late. There was not enough information about the travel. The bus did not take the high way instead ir took a very bumpy road with many potholes. The bus stopped several times in a small village before Vang Vieng. Since we paid double the price that was asked for at the bus station it would have been nice to have more information before booking this bus.

Henry AThe air-conditioning was set to low power during the trip, almost non-existent. For this trip it's better to book with the accommodation operator directly(about 150000kip) as it's cheaper than the website (about 180000kip plus service charges) and have more departure timings available.
