Montana DThe drivers were on time however rushed us getting onto the bus at 6:30 when we were due to leave at 7. When we were on the road, the drivers were talking very loudly to each other, and took phone calls on speaker, which prevented sleep. Drivers were honking while people were trying to sleep, and they took corners very fast which threw passengers around their bunks. We ended up arriving at 5am instead of 7am.

Jenna MI will say the management was really good. They contacted us to tell us where to go and where able to answer any questions. The waiting point in da lat was clean including the bathroom. The reason the review is low is due to the driving. The driver was driving super fast what meant we where getting thrown around a lot. It made my mum unable to sleep and my sister having bruises from being rocked around. Even with stops this resultef in is arriving at 5:30 rather then 7:00.

Lisa MThe pickup was fast, easy and organized. They have a nice cafe to wait until your bus leaves.
The beds were very spacious (could fit two people if you're cuddling), the only problem I had was that I was a little too tall (1.74m) to lay down straight but like 2cm less and you'll be fine. We did some bathroom stops on the way (I think it was 3-4 I kinda slept through them) We arrived at exactly 7 am as we were supposed to and I was checked on by the company if everything's alright. We had two waters, wifi and the curtain. Definitely recommend it.

Gabriel Relieved to have made it to our destination alive and without accident! Crazy driving down mountain passes. One driver smoked a cigarette in the bus at 5am and opened his window to air it out. Also, two of our four sleeper cabins didn’t have electricity so no light and couldn’t charge our phones.
