James RBus booked for 16:00 so was there at the recommended half hour before, bloke at the place said sometimes it can be late maybe 16:30, by 16:45 still no bus we asked again and he just said 10 minutes, it’s as if they have no clue themselves, if the bus was cancelled or seriously delayed we’d rather just know, 17:00 and still not bus, got there at maybe 17:20 in the end and instead of being 2 and a half hours it was closer to 4, because of the inconvenience they said they would drop us of at our hostel in Hanoi but instead dropped us on the wrong side of Hanoi and said they would do a shuttle bus run to take us back in rush hour traffic so just got scooters back for the sake of time, worst experience we’ve had totalling 6 hours from start to finish, very poor

Anna KI booked 5pm bus, but was informed that it was sold out and was offered a 6:30pm bus. The bus didn't arrive until 7:30pm even though we were repeatedly told it's coming in 5-10 mins for an hour straight.
As it turned out, all passengers on the bus booked a bus for a different time (5:30, 6:30, 7:30) from different companies and all waited until 7:30pm while being lied to that the bus is coming in 5-10 minutes.
The bus looked nothing like the picture, cramped 7 people in a van.

Jacqueline BSeat was comfy enough but aircon was very cold. Got collected earlier than expected which was ok because I was waiting. The other people in my mini van arrived later than they’d booked so I got lucky but they were unhappy. Driver stopped so often to run his own errands.
