Trasa Sa Pa do Tam Coc- ogolne wrazenia raczej slabo - za mocno wiejaca klimatyzacja w autobusie sypialnym,ktora na dluzsza mete byla nie do wytrzymania. Kierowca probowal podniesc teperature i zmniejszyc nawiew ale bez wiekszego rezultatu. Kierowcy strasznie glosno ze soba rozmawiali ignorujac zupelnie fakt, ze pasazerowie moze chcieliby pospac. W Hanoi wysadzono no nas z autobusu sypialnego i przewieziono do biura na Old Quarter gdzie czekalusmy ponad 3 godziny czekajac na busa do Tam Coc. W zadnym miejscu przy zakupie biletu nie bylo takiej informacji dotyczącej tak dlugiego oczekiwania na przesiadke. Obsluga w biurach G8 raczej niechetna i lekko obrazona. Nie skorzystam z G8 po raz kolejny i nie polecam.Sao Viet prezentowal duzo lepsze standardy.

To był mój pierwszy przejazd sleep busem a oceniam po mojej drugiej takiej podróży więc już wiem, że ocena jest niższa że strony kierowcy. Autobus był prowadzony bardzo dynamicznie i szybko, ciągle autobus podskakiwać, przez co nie dało się spać. Kierowca zatrzymał się na tankowanie a nas zamknął w autobusie i nie pozwolił iść do łazienki, krzyczał i był nie przyjemy, kazał czekać jeszcze godzinę na planowany postój. Info dla przyszłych pasażerów w drodze do Sapa były dwa postoje jeden około 1h od Sapy a drugi około 2h od Hanoi. Ruszyliśmy trochę później niż mieliśmy ale byliśmy na czas. Do samego autobusu i organizacji przejazdu nie mam zastrzeżeń.

Did not leave on time Unhelpful rude staff at Sapa office Bus driver RUDE! And I told him - fly to Da Nang - but made us get off at INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL - so had to bus back to correct one arriving at 5.15 am instead of 4.00am!!!!

Comfortable seats with USB ports but the whole thing was very confusing. The website and ticket did t explain that we would have to change bus multiple times. We assumed once because of the ferry to get off Cat Ba Island but after that we were told to get off in Hanoi where the staff seemed very confused that we said we were going to Cao Bang- they kept asking if we wanted Sapa. They would ask, look at our Ricky confused and then wonder off with no information. We then got a bus from Daiichi to another transport office of a different company. They also seemed confused but the lady eventually confirmed there was a bus coming for us. The pick up time was meant to be 10am but got brought forward to 8:30am which was communicated clearly but was stressful when we had washing to collect that morning because we thought we had till 10. We were originally supposed to arrive at 19:50 but didn’t get there till 20:45 which is weird seeing as we left so early. The driving was very fast and I wouldn’t say smooth. If you experience motion sickness definitely take meds beforehand because the roads are very windy. Unfortunately this is the only bus service we can seem to find in the north so hopefully our next bus runs more smoothly!

We thought we booked one bus and in the end we had to use two buses and had to change in the middle of the night. It is absolutely intransparent in the booking that we needed to switch the bus. We thought we booked one bus from Sapa to Ninh Binh. We booked the bus for 11 pm and this time was also written in our voucher. In the end we got a message that our bus starts at 10:30 pm. Also this was intransparent and not clear for us. The staff at the office in Sapa were very unfriendly and couldn't help with any questions (whether out of ignorance or simply because they couldn't be bothered).

bus was good, as well the company mangement was good we came 3 hours before they have side nice sitting area and washroom specialty were clean with that i was really happy to see. Recommend go for this vendor.

The bus itself with G8 was nice, however the staff at G8 were not friendly or very helpful. Bus drivers were bordering on rude, not willing to help, nor were they friendly towards passengers.

The staff at the office were rude and unresponsive. The staff that oversee shuttle operations did not communicate well. No bathrooms on the bus. Had to stop at rest stops for bathroom breaks and you had to pay 3,000 VND to use the restroom each time.

Great overall, very comfortable ride and goood cleanliness. Only negative was that staff were very stressed when we arrived 40 min before departure and wanted us to get on the buss quickly. Yet it didn’t leave for 50 min.

Bus was comfortable, however, driver spoke NO English. This usually wouldn't bother us as other have used Google Translate to let us know where/why we were stopping and for how long. Every stop we made required a payment for the toilet. And what was meant to be a 6hr trip was closer to 8hrs. Do NOT bank on Hanoi to Sa Pa being 6hrs!!

Comfortable bus and friendly staff. There was only one stop 3.5-4 hours in to the journey so it was an uncomfortably long time to go without a toilet. Would be better if there were two short breaks.

Awful organisation at the office when getting people on busses, I was sent back and forth between 2 busses in the rain about 5 times with them both saying wrong bus until I finally got on one of them. Expect better for the expensive price I paid. Also there was a changeover which was not clearly advertised before. After that however bus was comfortable and changeover was smooth between busses.

Blanket and cushion was dirty and unsealed. My friend left her cell phone on the bus, so we contacted G8 office immediately, they read my message but no answer after 2 days. I bought insurance and advanced customer service option, WHICH WAS USELESS. Never buy this option.

Really good. The seat is perfect. You can lay day, have you legs up. There’s is massage in the chair, good temperature and even a water. Is a buss with no shoes, really clean, and the driver was so nice

The drive alone was fine but the driver was having a full blown conversation majority of the ride without realizing that he was on speaker. It was loud and distracting and would not allow for one to relax. Also, I believe he had a friend onboard who he allowed to watch his videos on his phone on loud mode disrupting other passengers and having long conversations on the phone as well without considering everyone else (tourists).

The trip was perfect, they arrived early, they informed us by mail of the stop change. They assisted us in the office and on arrival and everything was very clear. The bus was comfortable and had massage and USB TV, and on the way they stoped 3 times to go to the bathroom. Sometimes you moved a lot in the cabin, but it's normal being a bus and seeing how the roads are here. I recommend it 100%
