Gary LNo service. Car never arrived. Customer service did not answer the hot line. They sent 2 AI emails stating call hot line. Tried hot line 12 times, no answer. Worse experience ever. Tried repeatedly for 2 hours after scheduled pick up time, no one sent email, phone call, or what's app. Requested refund and have been ignored ever since. Total scam. Will never use again. Will warn all of Americans an Europeans to not use!

Bella I paid double the price for the facilities such as a very important reclining seat for a flat bed which was basically the only reason I booked this company that was more expensive, this resulted in me getting absolutely zero sleep the entire bus ride as well as my 6’3 partner being very uncomfortable. However none of the facilities were working at all no the tv, lights, headphones etc. and there was no communication about the controls not working. It also would have been good to be aware of when the toilet stops would happen and to be informed prior that there is no toilet on board.

Lopez I have a great experience with S-Trip from Sapa to Ninh Binh. I really appreciated how safe and comfortable the trip felt. The staff help me take luggage to the bus it great!!! The bus very new and clean!!! Everything is best and the overall service was excellent.

Nicola CGot transfer cancelled and rescheduled 2 hrs in advance and with a different solution ( cabin bus in place of van). Very small Refund provided, not even covering for the difference in ticket cost.new solution (s trip) very efficient though

Kirill SOverall, the trip was okay, but there were a few issues. The bus left 30 minutes late and arrived 1.5 hours behind schedule. There was no toilet on board, and we only made two stops throughout the 8-hour journey, which wasn't very convenient. Still, we got to our destination safely.

Everything was correct and the service worked as expected. The driver was friendly and helpful, and at each stop he clearly informed us how much time we had and what we could do during the break.
We travelled to Tam Coc and everything went smoothly. The sleeper bed was also more comfortable than those we have had with other companies offering a similar service.
Overall, everything was well organised and we had a good experience. Recommended!

Katharina Had do switch to a car and a limousine in Hanoi through rush hour. Arrival at Ninh Binh 90 minutes delayed. Communication was bad. Would not recommend to book this trip.
