Jennifer HPretty horrible the suitcases covered the exit lanes so no where to walk. The waves were very bad so a lot of people got sea sick, I’ve been on a cruise in Koh Samui where the workers offered free travel sickness tablet for everyone which would have helped. The boat was too small for how many people were on the bad very unsafe. A lot of people were afraid, and not happy.

Anthony OWe booked for a large Ferry but was placed on a small and stuffy high speed boat, my wife had a terrible sea sick and no one explained to me why we were placed in a different type of boat from Koh Tao back to Koh Samui, and the fare was even higher than from Koh Samui to Koh Tao on 22nd October. I felt short changed.

Manfred BMy travel bag was placed at the front of the ship and wasn’t covered. As it then started to rain, my bag got completely soaked. My documents were wet and I had to have all my clothes washed afterwards.

Luke SThe seats on the highspeed catamaran were not only the most uncomfortable public style transit seats I’ve ever sat in, but they are also f-ing dangerous. The aluminum arm rests that have 90 degree corners and stick out into the aisle are extremely hard to not bash your knee into as you are navigating around the aisles especially when there are people you are trying to squeeze by on a full boat. I literally roiled in pain for the whole 2 hour ride after I’m pretty sure I broke my kneecap after banging it on the armrest, and I wasn’t even rushing or moving fast. Just carrying my luggage.
I’m picturing the ceo or board of Lompraya scheming on how they can save a few bucks but unfortunately purchasing seats that should only be in a medieval torture chamber maybe wasn’t the best move. Will hopefully never have to ride again, put me on an open air high speed ferry any day over that horrible catamaran

Antoinette BThe trip on the return journey was a little scary and the driver was brilliant. He/she had issues on the approach of the island.
There were lots of people’s personal items all over the place, the chairs were sliding all over the place too.
One bottle of pop ended up in the sea, now I know this was the passengers fault but I think some for of alert should be sounded when the sea becomes choppy.
The captain of the boat did a fab job, no denying that!
This was the 3.30 from Koh Tao to Samui.
