Adam SBus najpierw wjechal w skuterzyste. Kierowca wysiadł i pomógł mu wstać. Pojechaliśmy dalej. Kierowca oglądał film na ekranie busa I pędził za ciężarówką. W końcu ciężarówką się zatrzymała, a my nie. Resztę podróży pokonaliśmy taksówką. Kierowca nie interesował się czy komuś coś się stało. Interesował go tylko rozbity bus.

Allyson they picked us up and dropped us off to our next accomodation, communication was good and driver was insightful, he knew which person was for each of there stops, he was a bit speedy on the road but we like it

Orit SThe air conditioning basically almost didn’t work at all. They switched us between three different vehicles for some unknown reasons. The only reason they get two stars and not one, is because we got out in time and got there is time.

Lucas SOverall the ride was great — the van was clean and we actually left earlier than scheduled, which was a nice surprise. The driving itself was smooth and the trip should have taken about 2 hours.
However, about 30 minutes before arrival, we stopped at a rest area for what was announced as a quick 10-minute toilet break — but it ended up being a full 30 minutes. This felt completely unnecessary, especially since we were already so close to the destination. It added a significant chunk of time to an otherwise short trip for no clear reason.
Aside from that, no complaints — comfortable van, good driving, on-time departure. Just wish the stop had actually been as short as announced.

Karolina KThe driver was late and didn’t communicate with us at all. Our 8:00 AM ticket, which we had purchased the night before, was cancelled without proper notice. We were simply told to contact 12GoAsia ourselves instead of them handling the issue. There was absolutely no compensation or consideration for the inconvenience caused. Very poor customer service.
