Yair ZBooked this trip from Ha giang to Hanoi airport. Took this company 4 days to confirm my booking (status was awaiting confirmation for 4 days) which is absolutely crazy considering this is a bus to the airport and i alrrady had a flight booked for 3 hours after arrival. They left me hanging without knowing if my booking will be confirmed or cancelled at the last second. Refund was also not an option since there was no refund 48 hours prior to the bus ride.
Now, during the ride, we were surprised to see that our bus driver had passed the airport and continued driving towards the city. When we came up to him and told him about it he wanted to drop us off in the middle of the highway, 6 km away from the domestic terminal in hanoi airport. Absolutely mind boggling. 2:30 am and this guy wants us to get off the bus in the middle of the highway and walk 6 km saying its close enough. After a long confrontation, he agreed to circle back and it took him 15 minutes to get to a corner that was 3 km away. With no other choice, we got off and had to pay for a taxi to get to the destination we had already paid to get to. Disgusting service and an awful experience with this company.

Juan JThe bus was 20 minutes late at the departure location. At the end of the trip, the person in charge did not let us know about the drop off station, and we almost missed the next bus.

Amber VAt the waiting point there was everything; snacks, toilet, drinks and a place to chill. The bus was good, but didn’t like that we couldn’t eat on it. The drivers and other people were very loud. They didn't take into account the passengers who wanted to sleep. There were also a lot of random stops in the traffic jam. As a result, we arrived an hour later instead of half an hour later. When we were dropped off, everything had to happen really fast. I didn't find them friendly or accommodating. A plus is that there was a toilet on the bus.
