You get what you pay for. My only issue is I don’t like being separated from my luggage (which is stored under the bus). That said I was able to take my back pack onto the bus. Over all it’s a fun experience and a cheap way to get around.

It was okay. The bus was late by an hour though. Just because he took lot of locals on the route and went out of the route to drop them. Also, try to book sleeper buses with only 2 columns. Mostly in Vietnam they run sleeper with 3 columns, which gets too congested. I booked from Binh Minh operator in HCM. They had the best sleeper bus. Try to contact them. I booked them from Klook.

The stops I was awake for didn’t have bathrooms, but the bus itself was fine.

Bus was more than hour late on pick up point. No information there. Airco broke down two times. Repair by crew on middle of the road in the dark. Causing dangerous situation.
