Ayman BVery poor experience. I made a confirmed booking through 12Go, but when we arrived at the bus station, the booking could not be found and we were unable to board the bus. We had already paid for the ticket and had to make alternative arrangements, which caused us significant inconvenience and additional expenses. I also contacted customer support regarding the issue and expect a full refund and a proper explanation.
