Kami menyebut kereta api mana yang kami datang dari Bangkok dan kereta api itu ditangguhkan. Kebanyakan orang telah dijemput, pemandu kami tidak menunggu kami. Jika kereta api lambat semua orang lambat! Servis teruk. Kami terpaksa mencari pejabat dan kemudian mengambil masa 20-25 minit sebelum mereka sampai ke pemandu. Akhirnya selepas sekali lagi setengah pemandu kami yang lain datang bekerja sebuah lagi teksi lama. Dia membawa kita ke takdir kita. Bukan perkhidmatan yang baik sama sekali!

We mentioned which train we came from Bangkok and the train was delayed. Most of the people were picked up, it our driver didn’t wait for us. If the train is late all the people are late! Bad service. We had to search for the office and then is took 20-25 min before they reached the driver. Finally after again an half our another driver came work another old taxi. He brought us to our destiny. Not a good service at all!

We booked the transfer that said it was to khao sok hotel. Then when it asked for the specific location I entered cheow lan pier because I thought our tour started there. I realized after that we actually did need to go to a hotel in khao sok and tried to change it but the support at 12go said it was too late and to let the operator know directly. I didn't think this would be an issue since we technically booked and paid for the transfer to khao sok hotel but they insisted we pay and additional 500 baht. the driver herself was very nice but this extra charge was frustrating and didn't make sense .

Great trip! The driver was waiting for us with a sign with our names on it when we arrived and was very helpful with our luggage. His driving was good and the van (an upgraded vehicle from what we booked) was very comfortable. He surreptitiously took a few pictures of us which was a bit odd, but other than that it was a good service and we highly recommend it!
