Papan tanda stesen tidak jelas, reka bentuk tidak baik, kereta selesa, tetapi terdapat banyak bunyi.

Pemandu melanggar bonjolan besar sejurus selepas kami bertolak dari stesen KT dengan sangat laju, sesuatu patah di bahagian depan sebelah kiri bas, dia berhenti dan membuat pemeriksaan pantas dan meneruskan jalan dengan menyedari ada sesuatu yang tidak betul. Kami mDe sekitar 300/350km dengan kerosakan yang tidak diketahui pada roda! Selepas pemandu lain datang untuk menggantikannya, dia menyedari bahawa bunyi yang datang dari bawah bas pastinya tidak baik jadi dia akhirnya selamat memberhentikan bas pada stesen minyak pertama yang mungkin dan kami terpaksa menunggu bas lain untuk menjemput kami dan membawa kami. ke TBS Kuala Lumpur. Bas yang satu lagi bagus.

Kelewatan 30mn dan pemandu merokok tetapi perjalanan tidak baik

Nah, pemandu itu sentiasa menggunakan telefon bimbitnya dan mungkin itu perkara biasa di sini tetapi juga bersendawa semasa lawatan. Tiga jam lewat daripada yang dirancang tetapi itu disebabkan oleh kesesakan lalu lintas

Pemandu bas yang sangat tidak mesra! Bas bagus, tempat duduk juga. Kami berehat sebentar dan pemandu bas tidak memberitahu berapa lama kami akan tinggal di sana. Jika teman lelaki saya tidak menghentikan bas, dia akan memandu tanpa saya dan nampaknya dia tidak kisah langsung.

Bas secara amnya ok, tiada apa-apa berbanding aeroline. Bagaimanapun pemandu bas itu benar-benar tidak ramah! Ada seorang wanita tua dengan bagasi besar, dia lebih suka berdiri di luar merokok kemudian membantunya masuk ke dalam bas. Kami pun keluar di stesen yang salah, sebab kami tidak tahu ada dua perhentian di KL dan pemandu bas tidak memberitahu perhentian mana. Dia benar-benar memberikan perkhidmatan yang buruk, sangat memalukan.

Selepas menyampaikan baucar dalam bentuk cetakan, kami juga terpaksa membayar di kaunter transnasional untuk mencetak tiket, kenapa? Bas yang digunakan bersih dan menepati masa. Tempat duduk selesa, penghawa dingin pun ok.

Naik bas VIP Ipoh ke KL. Bas itu selesa, ruang duduk yang luas tetapi sangat sejuk seperti pengangkutan lain di Asia. Pemandunya baik, tidak mencapai had laju 90 km. Kami tiba KL tepat pada masanya. Bas VIP syarikat ini sangat disyorkan

Dijangka lebih lama sawo matang tetapi trafik adalah mengerikan. Tempat duduk yang selesa. Terus dari Kuala Lumpur ke Pulau Pinang, tidak perlu feri. Mudah untuk mencari jalan saya di stesen bas KL. Kakitangan yang membantu. Secara umum, gembira dengan perkhidmatan. terima kasih

Bus from KL to Melaka was comfortable and clean, only problem was that it was delayed in arriving to KL.

Good seat, good bus, driver not the most friendly but did the job. Would use again.

The bus was full of cockroaches!!! Really unpleasant experience. I changed the seat but that didn't help. I travel a lot on public transport so totally get the buses or train might not be clean but I have never seen so many cockroaches. I will not use this provider again.

The seats were comfortable. It was cold in the bus and the driver was driving too fast....

Booking with 12go.asia was simple to handle and very quick reply. Bus is very comfortable. Only at checking in was not a friendly lady at all. She refused to look at me when I was asking her something even when i said "Lady, I am taking to you" she refused to do .. very impolite

Nice driver

Not enough stops on the bus only one 10minute stop. This lead to us arriving at our final destination 3hours too early, this wouldn’t have been a problem if it wasn’t 3:30am when we arrived! Not ideal for a girl traveling alone & having just arrived in a foreign country. Also the bus was very cold (probably about 10degrees different to that outside).

Bus was old and there was a weird smell. Trip was good and on time.

The ride was very comfortable, but there was a very anoying beeping the whole time. Without it I would give five stars, because the rest of the ride was good.

Comfortable journey comfy seats, The description mentioned snacks would be provided but wasn’t And outside food or drink not allowed to be consumed So 4 hours no food or drink Other than that an ok journey

Quality of bus not new standard. Strong delay. Stops in middle of KL again. Would be nice to book from there.

Pullman was really good, staff nice, but trip was mooooooore longer... like 10 h and half. We have totally lost one day to reach mersing.

Bus was 10 minutes late, but still arrived on time. Bus was clean, modern, and spacious!

We arrived a bit late but it didn't matter, the driver drove very carefully and we had plenty of stops to go to the toilet or get snacks

Helpful driver allowed us to sit together although seats had automatically been seperated Arrived on time with good stop before entering KL

We were late by almost 1 hour for no obvious reason. The bus was nice though. Comfortable seats, working AC but unfortunately to USB plugs and the reading lights didn't work.

Comfortable seats, helpful staff, and a reliable journey time. The roads were well paved so no difficulties there. It was a bit confusing at first knowing how to check in or whether it was necessary but using my own intuition I found a counter and got the tickets printed.

Really nice busdriver, Bus was on time, everything was good.

Quick and efficient. Cold AirCon. But the bus would beep horribly if the driver went to fast and the stop for restroom and snacks was much too short.

Bus broke down midway but a replacement bus was organized swiftly

The bus was ok... just feel a little bit strange when we arrive at the bus. Our number already been seated. The driver told us we can seat everywhere we want. But finnally we found out we are taking the wrong bus. It’s the officer at the boarding gate told us to get in that bus. I’ll already ask twice. When we arrive at Putrajaya, we just know that it’s the wrong bus. But the driver help ud to get in the next bus to our destination for free. Bus is recommended for clean smells good and AC is cold

Everything perfect!

I booked a more expensive ticket just for the comfort (wifi, snacks..) and well it didn't have anything, not even a USB plug to charge my phone. Plus, an unfriendly driver.

Well, we got there, hence the "2nd star". The following issues occurred: 1) The bus left 1.5 hours late. 2) When it started raining, the driver left the luggage compartment open on the side of the bus allowing many of the bags to get wet. 3) When entering the bus, the choice of music has many swear words and was quite vulgar. 4) For about half the trip, the driver and his companion talked so loudly it was hard to even think. 5) The bus was so cold (I'm normally a fan of a "cold drive", but, this was excessively cold!). 6) We arrived 2.5 hours late to our destination. 7) The driver answered phone calls while driving several times. ... I normally don't leave reviews, good or bad, but I just thought it should be known. And, in all fairness, the other time that we took Transnasional it was on time, comfortable, and a very good trip.

Bus very old and the space between sits very small. Driver didn’t respect the stop time, because announced 15 minutes and took 40 minutes to departure.

The first shift driver was smoking while driving. He smoked 3 times. In a/c vehicle that is bad for passengers.

Really nice ride! Smooth, comfortable, cheap, pretty quick. Remember to have cash on the bus stop (no atm nor card terminal)!
