Saya terkejut dengan jumlah ruang tempat duduk dan betapa selesanya. Saya rasa ia adalah bas terbaik yang pernah saya naiki mengikut keselesaan. Mereka juga mempunyai skrin untuk filem atau permainan tetapi, malangnya, mereka tidak berfungsi sepanjang perjalanan. Bas itu berhenti pada satu titik untuk membeli makanan dan rehat tandas. Saya perlu memberi hanya 4 bintang kerana perjalanan selama 5 jam berakhir dalam masa 8 jam. Bas tiba lewat ke stesen dan kemudian dengan lalu lintas ia hanya terus melambatkan. Kami akhirnya tiba di KL kira-kira jam 20:00 apabila kami sepatutnya tiba pada jam 16:30. Nasihat terbaik untuk menaiki bas dari Butterworth dan bukannya Pulau Pinang kerana trafik keluar dari situ agak teruk kerana hanya mengambil masa kira-kira 2 jam jadi elakkan itu dan pergi ke Butterworth sebaliknya (dan dapatkan sedikit makanan untuk perjalanan atau anda mungkin kelaparan jika anda terperangkap dalam lalu lintas juga).

Saya perhatikan ulasan lain SELEPAS saya menempah yang membuatkan saya agak gementar tetapi kami tidak melintasi mana-mana sempadan dan kami pergi tepat pada masanya. Bagaimanapun pada titik pengambilan kedua, 3 orang wanita ditinggalkan untuk berharap mendapat bas seterusnya kerana nampaknya terdapat lebihan tempahan. Itu mengambil masa hampir satu jam untuk disusun. Jadi jika anda menempah, teruskan di titik permulaan. Dan juga tempat duduk sebenarnya tidak bernombor jadi saya boleh duduk di mana-mana tetapi itu menyebabkan isu untuk pasangan yang naik terakhir dan tidak mempunyai tempat duduk bersama. Bas adalah sangat selesa, berhawa dingin dan berhenti untuk berehat

A bit rushed at like the border and stuff, and the 2nd driver wouldnt let me keep my small bag (with all my valuable items) with me in the bus but insisted it had to be in the cabin space, although I had it with me in my seat for the whole first part of the journey.

For this trip you’re gonna need a blanket, neck pillow, snacks, a cap, headphones and a good playlist. It is true what the other reviews tell you. The bus driver seems very careless with his passengers. Luckily for us he was accompanied with a man who was closer to nice and spoke English. The aircon is very cold and the bus smells of old cigarettes… BUT there are lots of leg room and the seats can transform to a semi bed.

great bus, little delay at the boarder but that was expected. The only thing is the busses are hard to distinguish when you are at the bus stop do make sure you are asking the bus drivers in order to not missthe bus.

Bus was 40 minutes late. Some people were very noisy and made the seats dirty after they had left. It started raining during the ride and the roof leaked in a few places. Some of us got a little wet.

Bus was quite late. The expected arival time was very optimistic. It took about 2.5 h just to leave Singapore and pass customs. Wholw journey took about 7 hours. Keep that in mind.

We arrived late and at a wrong place, mzch further from the center than supposed to. The driver said the vehicle was broken, but when everyone was out he just kept driving... He honked very loud and a lot during the drive. It seemed as he was stressed that we where late. He droped us 1h later than scheduled and on a trainstation outside kuala lumpur. So we had to find out by ourselfs how to get to the city. No excuse, no attempt to help us. That was really a bad experience. At least he dropped us at a trainstation and the seats were comfortable. Therefore 2 stars and not only 1.

The bus was 1.30 hours late for departurer with no update or reason why. Asked the check in people and they just said its in its way. It was freezing on the bus and the aircon was so loud. The trip took over 5 hours.

The bus left 20 minutes late. Shortly after the air conditioning stopped working. It seemed that the air con would die when the bus was running. The bus then stopped on the side of the highway and alternative buses were organised for the passengers. The driver was stressed but he remained helpful. Several hours of waiting followed and I arrived at my destination almost 5 hours later than I should have.

The driver was doing other things while driving and we more than once crossed over to another Lane - scary! But we made it to KL without any accidents. Support was very helpful when we felt the need to confirm that we were on the right pickup-spot. We was delayed before even starting our journey and it didn’t take long before the driver stoped and left the bus for approx. 10-15 minutes. The fact that the drive took longer than anticipated was NOT the traffic.

The bus arrived 3 hours late. Only about 30 mins of this could be attributed to traffic. The rest is due to leaving 40 mins after the advertised time (despite the bus being there 10 mins after it, we sat for 30 mins with nobody new getting on) and terrible estimation from the company. The bus makes a lot of stops that mean it has to drive out of the way which is completely understandable for a bus but it needs to be included when estimating the arrival time. Spending 8 hours on the bus when we were expecting 5 was very frustrating. The second issue was the stops. In the 8 hours on the bus, the only opportunities to get food were stops at bus stations (which often don't have much to offer). Excluding all of the above, the seats were at least relatively comfortable.

When I got to the bus company I was sent on the wrong bus (KL instead of Ipoh). Before entering and on the bus I'd ask the staff several times if this was the bus going to Ipoh, which they confirmed. And yet, when someone checked tickets (after one hour) I was told to get off the bus and wait for 30 minutes to get on the right bus. When I finally got on the right bus, there was no seat with the number printed on my ticket. So I ended up being moved around until a staff member finally gave me a seat that hadn't been booked.

The service was delayed and the staff at the bus station was both unhelpful and quite rude. I had to ask several times when the bus was coming and he dismissed me several times telling me to sit down and almost laughing in my face. He then gave me information after it was already late saying it would be very late. It was unhelpful and the communication remained poor. The bus broke down for 2 hours, 1 hour outside of Kuala Lumper. Again, we had no information about what was happening, for the first hour and 45 minutes, and just told to leave the bus. A replacement bus did come and we finally arrived in Penang at 8.40 am, instead of 5.10 am. It was a significant delay and caused problems for our first day in Penang.

Central location was easy to find. However I could not see any signs telling me if I needed to go to a counter to check-in (like other companies) or just wait for the bus. Bus also came late, but we managed to get on an earlier one. Luckily I called on whatsapp and they responded to my questions.

We booked a VIP bus at 10:00 that showed it should take 5hrs. Arrived at the pick up point half an hour early as advised, to be told our type of ‘vip’ bus wouldn’t be there until 1pm but there was space on the bus about to leave, which was just a normal coach. Advised we would arrive in KL around 3-4pm. Our coach left at 9:40 and arrived in KL 19:30. It took almost 3 hours to get through the border due to very long traffic queues and then long queues for passport control. The bus was fine if the journey had been 5hrs but for 10hrs it was too cramped. I cannot see how this journey could have happened any quicker so would advise to expect the longer advertised time for the buses rather than 5hrs. Disappointing to pay more and end up with the cheaper service. Driver was patient at crossings at waited for everyone’s return. One stop at a service station around 2 hrs before KL.

Bus was an hour late without any information, we had booked seats on the bus, it was then called free seat choice. No help loading luggage. After 2.5 hours there was a break, but here too there was no information about when to continue or where the toilets were. After a few minutes the driver honked which was the signal to continue driving. Also, the driver thought he was driving a racing car instead of a bus. All in all, I cannot recommend the bus company. The only positive was the seats, they were very comfortable and there was plenty of space.
