Keseluruhan pengalaman yang baik. Tempat duduknya selesa dan luas. Bas itu lewat 1 jam kerana kesesakan di sekitar Kuala Lumpur. Cuba elakkan waktu lalu lintas yang sibuk.

Sistem penyaman udara terlalu sejuk, kita tidak boleh berbuat apa-apa untuk menghalangnya. Ia berfungsi di semua bas tetapi ia terus ke kepala anda dan terlalu sejuk untuk tinggal di sana selama berjam-jam. Terdapat beberapa perkara yang rosak juga. Ia sudah lewat.

Air-conditioning system too cold, we cannot do anything to stop it. It works in all the bus but it goes straight to your head and is too cold to stay there for hours. There were some things that were broken too. It was late.

Delayed by an hour with no notice... this didn't bother me as much as the replacement vehicle was below the standard I had booked. No electric sockets, no WiFi and 4 seats per row not 3. The replacement vehicle also made mechanical grinding noises like it needed repairing and it was crowded.

We bought the ticket online and at the station we got a physical ticket. With that one, we were able to enter the gate area. The bus left Melaka on time and was nice and comfy. We arrived 20 min early in KL, so we had a really good experience.
