Sara LEven if we paid way much more (72sgd rather than 34sgd each person) for a trip that was supposed to last 2h 40, the boat was 2 hours late (and the boat trip alone from gili air to sanur took 3 hours - more than what the whole duration was supposed to be). In addition, and this is insane, when we arrived there was nobody picking us up: we paid for botch BOAT and TRANSFER but we were left alone with no response from the assistance, which contacted us hours later when we were already on a taxi we had to pay for. The whole situation was embarrassing and we filed for a refund, which hopefully will go through. Zero recommended.

Chris CVery comfortable journey. The boat was new and clean and the staff were very friendly. After the boat ride we had an ongoing journey via shuttle bus to Ubud. The transport was very quickly arranged as soon as we reported to the Wahana office in Padang Bai, but before that we were almost convinced to take another transport (at extra cost) by some people waiting at the port. So our advice is: go immediately to the Wahana office in Padang Bai (and ask the boat staff where it is) if you have ongoing transport booked.

Ana CExcellent service. They contacted me the day before traveling to give me instructions on where to pick up the tickets. The boat had very good air conditioning, and the transfer was very comfortable as well.

Hilda HThe boat was canceled but I heard from it from a different boat company’s worker who called this company and then they send me a message less than an hour before the departure. They promised me a full refund and I’m waiting for it…

Juliana Boat was nice and clean. My driver to Ubud, Gede Tias, let me know ahead of time to be wary of scammers at port and checked in on me. Safe and pleasant ride with him.
