Anonymous Bus pick up 1 hr late and our 2.5 hr ride took 6 hrs. The only good thing was the driver dropped off 4 passengers at the airport so they wouldn’t miss their 5pm departure flight. Nothing to like. Had to change buses in Kotor and no one to tell the passengers what bus to get on. Driver took the longer route through Perast without the need to stop adding add’l hour to the ride. Supposed to leave Dubrovnik at 10 arrive 12:30. Instead left at 11:00 and arrived in Dubrovnik 4pm. We lost out on our 1 day visit and tour of old town Dubrovnik. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUS SERVICE. This was the second time in a week the bus was more than 2 hours late to arrival destination. Also the bus terminal has no one available to tell you which bus was ours. Total chaos with all the passengers not speaking Croatian and the bus driver only spoke Croatian.

Anonymous Cash on hand and print the ticket. Tivat - Dubrovnik: Overall a smooth ride with an amazing view of the bay of Kotor and Dubrovnik, one of the best scenarios to travel by bus, left side window is highly recommended. The personnel at the station was very rude and didn't like to give clear instructions, specially when asked about the pick up point and the delay we experienced, there was a lack of signaling. €1 per person for station fees. The bus personnel was exceedingly rude and long story short, we felt ripped off when asked to pay €2 per person for "ticket printing" fees. They didn't provide any receipt nor physical evidence of the print out. There was a passenger that tried to deny the execution of such a shady procedure and the bus driver clearly stated: "that's not my problem" instead of searching for avenues of understanding. During and after the border crossing into the EU their attitude changed for a more calm approach.

Anonymous Trip was approximately one hour late. Faster trip than Dubrovnik - Tivat on 01/08/2025 at 8:15 which took about 5,5 hours. No possibility to use toilet.

Anonymous Is ok. No usb connection in the bus. Air conditioner can be stronger. Sound isolation from engine, also can be better. And about 2 euros for one bag.they have to give pay check. I get nothing.

Anonymous The driver made a HUGE scene when I gave him my phone with my e-ticket on it. Saying “problem problem” when actually there was no problem because on my ticket it said that I could have the e-ticket???? Also there says that there’s a toilet on the bus but then there wasn’t.

Anonymous The condition of the bus and a driver. An extra fee for luggage is 2 euros per person, and a stop at a non-default location costs 5 euros per person.

Anonymous Disgusting service. The bus was 2.5 hours late. The journey took twice as long as stated. The air conditioning did not work. There were no curtains on the windows, it was simply unbearable in the heat.
