one employee rude and agressive. Overcharged us for loading luggage. Shouted in native language- Extremely rude male employee who charged us €3 for loading luggage which we had already payed. He shouted when we simply tried to explain. This made us feel vulnerable as girls travelling alone. He then shouted again asking for the ticket when we had them ready in our hands. He then proceeded to talk bad about us to a fellow passenger in our earshot. - We will not be booking with GetbyBus again due to this traumatic experience and we would appreciate some compensation both for our overpayment and stressful encounter.
