During the booking process using 123Go, the insurance package is preselected, so I overlooked ans ended paying an insurance package I did not need, which also is not refundable. So this is misleading, the default should be "no insurance".

Vincenzo DCar new and comfortable. Driver was excellent, well educated and respectful. He never touched the cellphone during the entire trip (which is not common with Vietnamese drivers). It was a 3 hour long trip but it came smooth like silk.
