With the boat was everything fine, people were nice. When we bought a ticket to transfer from their company, driver was shouting on us and thell us “fuck you” because we didn’t told him where to go. A man before this transfer from their company asked us where we need to go, we told him, but he didn’t tell driver and then the transfer became rude. All the time he was telling us to shut up and he was shouting.

When you get to the pier go to counter two to start with. Guy outside said three and he was wrong wasted half an hour. Didn’t affect anything but not good if you were running late.

No sabíamos que teníamos que hacer trasbordo en PhiPhi Island (no lo ponía en ningún lugar, nos lo dijeron una vez ya dentro) Al salir nuestra intención era coger un Grab hasta el destino, un airbnb privado, pero el chico nos dijo que no era posible, que había que caminar 3 km para los taxis. Y que la única forma era coger un Van. Ok. Pues no era cierto... Decir que es el único "engaño" que hemos sentido.

Was very good. Arrived at the time stated and man on board booked us a ticket to move on to langkawi for cheaper than anywhere we could find online. Not much leg room if you're over 6ft though and they also (at lanta) had people trying to board boats at the same time as 2 boats unboarding which caused a bottleneck and huge congestion trying to get off. They should separate the people on the pier so people aren't walking through one another to get to where they need to be

The ride to phiphi was great. I’m skeptical to leave my bags like that though. I have my laptop in there, & those guys were just tossing bags around. Disembarking was hectic. I didn’t get a lot of info on when or where to transfer. Someone grabbed my bags for some reason and kept them separate? I think maybe he was trying to help me, but there was zero communication about it. Suddenly someone is yelling “Krabi!” And I’m realizing that I’m almost missing my ferry out of phiphi. I thought there would be time to actually BE there, but I was yelled at for not running fast enough from one ferry to the next. The ferry to Krabi smelled of mildew. It was packed, uncomfortable, & we couldn’t see out the window. I would never do that again.

We booked with 12GoAsia. Was more expensive then booking at the pier. Also the transport going to the pier can easily be booked at the town by the street . And back at the pier to town where several vans are waiting to bring you. That is half the price instead of booking everything in advance. We paid 450,- for one way ferry to Koh Phi Phi and 100,- for vantransport to town p.p. Time travelling with ferry was 2 hours.

Well arranged and uncomplicated Transfer. Little late departure and crashed seats somewhere unfortunately. Fully packed boat depends on holiday Saison. Toilets are good for marine toilet. Good subsequently hotel transfer service. Thanks guys

You can't expect much for such a low price hence confort and enjoyment do not qualify this experience. Nevertheless schedule are respected. The main drawback is the luggage storage area, everybody leave his luggage when boarding but when come the time to leave the ship it is a pretty mess !

Nothing to write home about really.. one tip I would like to give: if you buy your ticket on board the boat (from phi phi to Krabi) for the trip from Krabi pier to railay beach / ao nang beach for 150 baht, don't get scammed on you way out buy guys tryIng to convince you need to pay extra. Sounds trivial but the can get quite sneaky.. be warned!

We were picked up at 13:08 (was suppose to be 13:00 but after reading previous reviews I knew that the taxi would not be running exactly to time.
The driver helped us with our bag and the taxi had good air conditioning and was comfortable despite being full of other passengers.
The driver showed us where to go once we arrived the ferry pier and the process was straightforward.

Easy to navigate the checkin procedure at Tonsai Pier thanks to helpful staff. Ferry ride itself was smooth and comfortable. Appreciated having bags with us, instead of piled up the front of the boat like other companies do.

The pickup and dropoff was comfortable.it was a big boat so there was a lot of room. You can enjoy the views from the deck. They have facility for refreshments too. Just keep a check on your belongings and don't leave them at the boat.

Started off a bit bad - van had not arrived and so called the number on 12go, and the woman had to check where the driver was. Driver ended up being 30 mins later than scheduled time - which would be fine if we weren’t fretting about somehow missing the van. The van kept on stopping at places, but not to pick up passengers? Then ended up getting dropped off at the pier, getting on the boat which was probably the best part. Snacks were available to buy.. Weird experience? Probably more like 2.5/5

The ferries from Ko Lanta to Phuket were great, we had to change in Phi Phi and it was all organised well. The organisation of being assigned mini buses was also great. However, the transfer to Patong was awful. The driver was the worst we had in Thailand. Constantly accelerating full speed and slamming on the brakes. He near crashed into the back of so many cars. He was too busy watching youtube and facebook videos than concentrating on the road. I think we were unlucky with our driver.
