Hassle Free Travel. Comfortable and clean ferry. Well coordinated, when you get to the Pier someone will group you per location and assign a van for you and bring you to your hotel in Ao Nang.

The pier of Phi Phi Island is very disorganized. You have to cross the pier, and Ramon Transport is sitting there next to other transporters under a ‘tent’. We showed our booking on 12go, and they gave us the ticket. We could immediately take a seat even though we arrived 30 minutes before departure. We departed on time, and everything went smoothly. When we arrived at Tonsai Pier, the staff took all the suitcases for us, which is very kind of them. Thank you, guys!

Overall good, however the e-Ticket from the Mail Hand to be Chancen to a paper Ticket at the pier weich was not indicated in the mail- a little bit confusing for me
At Ao Nang we had to go into a longtail boat instead of going to the pier die to very low tide. The longtail was very very full with people and luggage- scary for me!

The whole trip was really well planned. We booked last minute the night before and the booking had been received by the following morning. Clear instructions were given as to check in time and meeting points. Bags were all loaded and unloaded at the right destination and the crew were really helpful.
