At Lanta Vacation

크라비 부두에서 2시간이나 기다려야 했는데, 더운 날씨에 너무 오래 기다려야 했어요.

운전기사 콩 씨는 매우 친절했고 저희를 잘 돌봐주셨습니다. 정말 감사합니다.

운전기사는 태국 기준으로는 비교적 시간을 잘 지켰습니다. 호텔에서 바로 픽업해서 새 호텔 리셉션에 내려주었습니다.

꼬야오야이로 가는 교통편에 대한 자세한 설명이 전혀 없었습니다. 밴과 스피드보트를 이용한 3시간 이동이라고 광고했지만, 실제로는 에어컨도 제대로 작동하지 않는 밴 안에서 3시간을 보낸 것 같았습니다. 페리를 타고 크라비 방향으로 이동하는 동안에도 교통 체증에 시달리다가 스피드보트 선착장에 도착했습니다. 스피드보트 자체는 순조로웠지만, 전반적으로 승객 친화적인 서비스는 아니었습니다.

안타깝게도 1시간 30분이나 늦었는데, 밴이 너무 느리게 움직였던 것 같습니다. 게다가 호텔이 시내에서 너무 멀리 떨어져 있어서(란타 올드타운, 사실은 섬의 중심가?!) 300 BHT를 현장에서 추가로 지불해야 했습니다. 이렇게 울퉁불퉁한 환승은 처음이었습니다. 차에 짐이 너무 많았거든요.

예정 시간보다 약 15분 늦게 픽업되었는데, 여기서는 흔한 일이니 걱정하실 필요 없어요! 혹시라도 문제가 생기면 언제든지 고객센터로 전화하시면 됩니다. 에어컨이 빵빵하게 나오는 미니버스를 타고 이동했고, 주유소에서 10분 정도 화장실에 다녀왔어요. 도착은 30분 정도 늦었는데, 운전기사분이 조금 빨리 달리시긴 했지만 안전운전이었습니다. 이 투어 정말 추천해요 :)

호텔에서 정시에 픽업해 주셨습니다. 운전기사분도 매우 친절하고 안전운전을 해주셨습니다. 목적지에 도착해서도 호텔까지 데려다 주셨습니다. 모든 면에서 완벽했습니다.

이동 서비스는 훌륭했고 매우 편안했습니다. 기대 이상으로 만족스러웠어요. 운전기사님은 호텔에 정시에 도착하셨고, 매우 조심스럽게 운전해 주셨습니다. 주유소에 들러 화장실도 다녀오셨어요. 덕분에 꼬란타 숙소에 예정된 시간에 맞춰 도착할 수 있었습니다. 추가 비용도 전혀 없었습니다. 이 교통편 정말 최고였어요!

아오낭에 있는 호텔에서 꼬란타에 있는 호텔까지 이동하는 교통편을 예약했습니다. 꼬란타에서 운전기사가 한 여행사에 들렀는데, 호텔까지 데려다주는 데 1인당 100바트를 추가로 내야 한다고 했습니다. 버스에 타고 있던 다른 승객은 200바트를 더 내야 했는데, 예약 내역에는 전혀 언급이 안 되어 있었네요!

저는 운전사와 다른 손님 사이에 작은 좌석이 있습니다. 정말 불편했습니다.

**Very Poor Driver Attitude & Unprofessional Service – 1/5 ⭐** I am very disappointed with the driver's attitude and behavior during this transfer. I was informed of the available pickup times and **specifically selected 3:00 PM**. However, the driver arrived at approximately **2:40 PM** and immediately started rushing us, showing an angry and irritated attitude. I calmly told him that we would be ready by the selected pickup time of 3:00 PM and that there was no need to worry. Instead, he told me that I should have been standing by from **2:30 PM**. If the driver expected passengers to be ready at 2:30 PM, this should have been clearly communicated in advance. It is unreasonable to select a 3:00 PM pickup time and then pressure passengers for not being ready 30 minutes earlier. The driver's attitude throughout the journey from **Phuket to Krabi** was also extremely unpleasant. Whenever we encountered traffic jams or traffic signals, he repeatedly **hit/slammed the steering wheel in frustration**. This was very uncomfortable to witness as a passenger and made me question his professionalism and emotional control while driving. I also noticed that **one of the seats in the front row was damaged**. However, this was not a major concern for us because **we were the only two passengers travelling as a couple**, so we had enough space and it did not affect our comfort significantly. I am mentioning it only as an additional observation about the condition of the vehicle. Overall, the biggest issue was **not the vehicle condition but the driver's attitude, lack of professionalism, and the way he treated us as passengers**. A professional driver should be respectful, patient, and calm, especially when transporting passengers on a long journey. **I would give the driver 1/5 and strongly recommend that the company investigate this driver's behavior and provide proper customer-service and professional driving training.** I do appreciate the **Phuket-to-Krabi transfer service itself**, as the service is convenient and useful for travelers. However, the driver represents the company, and this kind of attitude can seriously affect the customer's overall experience and confidence in the service. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future passengers receive a much more professional and respectful experience.

The communication with support was quite confusing - I bought a ticket from Koh lanta - to Phuket with a transfer from my hotel which was a bit out of the area and I had to pay extra. But I had no cash so it was a bit stressful. After all the service in person was great. I had a very helpful, kind and friendly driver Kong (or Athapon, sorry if I’m mistaken). Thank you!

The driver was polite. It was a smooth journey in a clean, pleasant van. We had a stop between Koh Lanta and Krabi for 10 minutes.

i’m a solo female traveler, and i ended up being the only one on the transfer van! i felt super safe the entire time, we stopped for a toilet break halfway through, and the driver got snacks and got some fruit for me too :) pick up was right on time, and we even arrived a bit early. the seats were comfortable and reclined almost the whole way back. very lovely driver!

This was a great service and would happily book with them again. We left Krabi airport early as all guests were there. It took 2 hours door to door to reach my hotel. The van was clean and comfortable. Super easy.

All and all I'm satisfied Need to be a little more clear about the extra fees (100 for the driver, 400 for the bus, because apparently our suitcase was too high) But other than that it was a good experience :)

Our transfer was really relaxed. We were picked up from the hotel on time and then driven to Krabi. The minibus was full, but the driver was really nice; however, we had to pay a surcharge of 300 baht as our hotel wasn’t within the service area. The driver had forgotten to collect the 300 baht from us, though. The company then hounded me and called me several times. Even at 10 pm at night – that’s just rude.

Picked up on time at my hotel on Koh Lanta then just in the van until I was dropped off at my hotel in Ao Nang. Easy, comfortable, reliable. Would use them again.

The driver was driving at dangerous speeds in the heavy rain, needing to slam on his brakes as there were flooded parts of the road. It did feel safe.

I pay for pickup but on this day they cant pick us up and do not correct the price.
