Was okay, bus stopped 3 times in bangkok to pick up more guests. Next you had to switch the bus at a bus terminal. Both bus were in good condition.

J’ai attendu 1 heure le transfert jusqu’à la station de bus. Le van est opressant et le conducteur roulait un peu vite pour être à l’heure à la station de bus. Le bus jusqu’à Kanchanaburi impeccable

On time and reasonable price - confusion at the terminal saw them put me on and off three busses before the took me back to the original funny but I'm 73 with a dud knee and I had two bags one big heavy one that I had to get in and out of the bus unnessesarily. I also had to pay for a seat for my bag even though te bus was less than 50% full I'm also 6'3" and couldn't get my legs into the seat because they are too close together - bI ewill not do it again however 25 years ago I would have been real good with it.

No minivan was there to pick-up us at 9h. After calling the service at 9h15, a guy appeared and ask him to follow him. At around 9h45 a taxi came to grab us in the bus station, because there were an engine issue with the original van. The taxi wanted us to pay extra for lugguages (which were under 20kg so should be free). Then they took care of the bus ticket + lugguages ticket and the van left the station at 11 (instead of 9).

Het was een prima rit. Was wel fijn geweest als van tevoren werd vermeld dat we zouden worden afgezet op een busstation om met de bus verder te gaan (ipv met de minivan). Beide voertuigen waren wel comfortabel.

There was no van at 2 p.m. that we booked but the staff found us another van at the same time. Fast with AC.

Driver was very fast. We arrived a half hour earlier then expected

We were late because of traffic, but without extra charges we could take another bus a few hours later. No mini-van, but a lardger one. Good solution and good transfer

Good communication about pick-up location and time. Good trip with tourists and some locals.

Bus was 30 minutes early and when it was full, we departed. So we were early at the destination and that was very nice. The driver was very helpful to get out luggage in and out. We didn’t get the vehicle we’ve paid for/ordered. We ordered a mini van but we were put on a bus, because that was the first vehicle available. Not directly a problem for us, but there was no leg room in the bus. We had to sit the full +2 hours in a weird angle because of that.
