The boat arrived 1 hour later than expected time, but we were not surprised cause we read that in a lot of comments. The boarding starts at 9, not the departure, and we had a stop at Nusa Penida, they gave us 30 min, but once we were all in the boat it took another 30min to depart cause they were refilling the tank and the smell of fuel was strong. No air conditioning but if you seat next to an open window is not that bad and you will have an extra refresh with the waves. After purchaising the tickets you have to go 1hour earlier to the ticket office to wait for a tag and a QR code to get on the boat, and pay the taxes. They could generate the qr once purchase is done and save a lot of time.
First boat was ok & not mich space but ok...but the second boat we changed to was even smaller and there was no leg room it was very hot I nearly collapsed -10 stars for second boat

In the beginning it all seemed fine. We departed on time but in the end the trip took almost 2 hours longer than it should have. We were in nusa penida for 1,5h instead of just half an hour, and the staff didn’t really update us. During the whole trip the AC was off so it was really warm in the cabin.

I took the ferry from Sanur to Gili T and everything was good. The boat and crew were great, the sea was calm and we arrived as expected. I chose this company due to the good reviews and the bad reviews for others and I totally recommend it. The ticket with 12go is cheaper

Information provided online did not include all details of the trip. We were not aware that we had to stop at a few different places to pick up more passengers. There was no bathroom for half the trip and it’s a 4 hour journey! Not enough seating for everyone - seems like it was overbooked. No airconditioning and windows open minimum. Seems like it’s the standard for traveling to Gili, but it would have been nice to have known in advance.
