Bernard VThe bus trip time seems a lie, was 3h30 advertised but that seems impossible.
Plus the bus had an hour delay, we were not allowed to take an earlier bus with plenty of space. Arrived almost 2 hours late in phnom penh.

Andrew HUnfortunately our van was cancelled but they did tell us the night before and did put us on the next van altgough that did leave 45mins late. Unlike our driver on the way here this one was great, he did not use the horn much or his phone and drove smoothly and safely.

Peter CBus was over an hour late to arrive due to air conditioning issues so we were well behind schedule. But the bus itself was fine. Comfortable pre allocated seats , air conditioning that worked,and driver was experienced. So a generally very good experience apart from fact we ended up quite late.

Christian RIt could be everything good, but the company made it us more complicated as it has to be... Our booked minivan Kratie to Phnom Penh for 12pm wasn't available anymore, so company offered us another van for 10am. They offered it with pick-up at our hotel for no service charge. We agreed. TukTuk for pick-up arrived at 10.15am, brought us to wrong bus company AND we had to pay him.
At least company picked up there and brought as at 10.34am to Phnom Penh within 5 hours. The journey as itself was comfortable and smooth. We did one break in the middle for food and toilet.
