- 音楽を聴きたくない場合は、音楽を消すように丁重に頼み、会話を続ける気がないことを運転手に遠慮なく伝えてください。
- タクシードライバーは、渋滞あるいは悪路を避けるために、変なルートや細い道を使いたがることが多々あります。乗車中にGoogle Mapsで旅行経路を確認して、Googleの推奨するルートから外れているのを見ると、かなり不安になるものです。

Die Fahrt dauerte 2,5 Stunden statt wie angegeben 1,5 Stunden. Das hatten wir uns allerdings vorher auch schon gedacht :).
Ansonsten war alles bestens!

Das Unternehmen schrieb uns 30 min vor Abholung.
Ein Foto des Autos wurde uns geschickt, damit wir es erkennen. Die Kommunikation war super. Der Fahrer fuhr ordentlich und hat eine Pause für einen Toilettenbesuch gemacht. Preis war sehr gut. Andere Anbieter konnten da nicht mithalten.

The driver was not on time, there was only a number to call and our receptionist had to call for us three times to contact the support. They told us the booking was canceled, this circumstances were not communicated to us. The car they sent was not the one we booked. The driver was listening to loud music during the whole ride, was on his phone often messaging and phoning with friends and family. The drive was breathtaking, very rasant and we did not feel safe at all.

Very good experience, safe driving (did not look at his phone while driving, reasonable speed), didn't put any music, which was great (having experienced loud music insome other taxis).
During the booking process using 123Go, the insurance package is preselected, so I overlooked ans ended paying an insurance package I did not need, which also is not refundable. So this is misleading, the default should be "no insurance".

We booked a taxi (SUV) from our hotel in Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh City center for 12:30 pm. They called us a day in advance to confirm the booking, providing car plate details and ensuring that the journey was fully confirmed.The driver even arrived 15 minutes early and drove very carefully yet at a reasonable speed, allowing us to reach our destination (essentially door to door) within 2 hours and 30 minutes. It was amazing!The entire process was straightforward and well-coordinated, with very supportive staff and instant confirmation. The experienced driver exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book with them again!

Overall it was a superb service by Trang (coordinator) and the drivers. We used three rides and all were on time and very comfortable. If we had a question, Trang responded immediately via WhatsApp and helped us find the drivers at the busy airports. Definitely recommend 12go.Asia and the great and friendly services.

Car new and comfortable. Driver was excellent, well educated and respectful. He never touched the cellphone during the entire trip (which is not common with Vietnamese drivers). It was a 3 hour long trip but it came smooth like silk.

Clean, good seating, timely service. Text the hotline number on WhatsApp for license plate and driver information. Driving style is very aggressive and race other cars. If you don’t mind that style, perfect. Personally would prefer a safer driving style.

The car was comfortable but the driver was very uncertain and we were wondering if he ever drove on an expressway. Most of the times driving around 60-70 km per hour gives not a very safe feeling. The driver was also very hesitating when passing other vehicles or crossing streets etc. Going from HCMC to Mui Ne costs us 2hrs and 40 minutes. This trip the other way around was 4 hrs and 25 minutes. I think we lost an hour due to the uncertain driving of the driver. Very unsafe feelings are remaining. Sorry to say this.

Hello all, I would recommend the service. Regardless the driver didn't speak English or me the language, we keep communication with an administrator by phone which was very convenient. I mention this for those wondering about the communication issues. Clean private, in time and took me from my point A to point B without stops, delays or major issues making my whole experience positive.

Booked night before, efficient confirmation. Driver was on time. Very clean car. Estimated arrival time was correct. Beautiful drive along side the mountains and country side. Very reasonable price compared to a bus load of ppl.

The driver was 45mins late. If you're in a hurry book with another company. They said he was putting gas, but then he stopped for gas 30 mins after picking me up.
The driver also missed an exit on the highway and decided to stop and attempted to revers before I told him to keep driving before a 50 ton truck ran us over. But maybe that's just Vietnam.
Either way not the best experience with these guy.

It was ok in the end, but I’m not sure why it says it’s a 2hr 45 min journey as it took us 5 hours. Took 2 hours just to get out of the city. I know it’s all traffic dependent, but I don’t see how even on a clear day it would only take 2.45 hrs.. Car was just big enough, (5 pax SUV, 4 pax booking), but the driver did have the whole front passenger seat filled with a cool box. We said we had 4 pieces of luggage and he was lucky they weren’t all suitcases as he would have needed the front seat.
Driving was good and the driver was polite. He was slightly late arriving, but the contact through 12go was good- they rang him and then rang us back straightaway to update us.

The car was very good, the driver was very punctual!
But we think the driver was sick or very tired.
On our tour, he. drove unsafly and twice almost got into an accident if we hadn t called!
He often pinched his neck and slapped his legs.
We are lucky to arrived at the hotel in good health.
We hope the driver feel now better!
And today we make a tour from Mui Ne to Dalat and we hope we have another and healthy driver.

Driver was unfortunately often on the phone, both writing and talking on the phone.
Thus, he was sometimes very distracted and drove 60 where 90 was allowed.
Positive was that a break was built in and we were picked up on time in Da Lat.

Driver was 1 1/2 hours late and not reachable by phone. After he got there, everything was perfect, though. We had a private van and the driver always made sure we were comfortable. He even provided us with water and fruits.
