L'inizio è stato un po' negativo: il furgone non era arrivato e quindi abbiamo chiamato il numero su 12go e la donna ha dovuto controllare dove fosse l'autista. L'autista è arrivato 30 minuti dopo l'orario previsto, il che sarebbe andato bene se non ci fossimo preoccupati di perdere il furgone. Il furgone ha continuato a fermarsi in alcuni posti, ma non per far salire i passeggeri? Alla fine siamo stati lasciati al molo e siamo saliti sulla barca, che è stata probabilmente la parte migliore. Gli spuntini erano disponibili per l'acquisto. Esperienza strana? Probabilmente più 2,5/5

Started off a bit bad - van had not arrived and so called the number on 12go, and the woman had to check where the driver was. Driver ended up being 30 mins later than scheduled time - which would be fine if we weren’t fretting about somehow missing the van. The van kept on stopping at places, but not to pick up passengers? Then ended up getting dropped off at the pier, getting on the boat which was probably the best part. Snacks were available to buy.. Weird experience? Probably more like 2.5/5

We were picked up at 13:08 (was suppose to be 13:00 but after reading previous reviews I knew that the taxi would not be running exactly to time.
The driver helped us with our bag and the taxi had good air conditioning and was comfortable despite being full of other passengers.
The driver showed us where to go once we arrived the ferry pier and the process was straightforward.
